Reason for blacklist (if given): constantly getting banned mugging and minging

Why should it be returned?:ive learned a big lesson from it and its really hard playing with only 2 characters like ive said in other appeals it would bennefit me and most likely other players i would like to make new characters for more opportunity last year in augest they got taken from me and thats before i got donator so i never experienced it and once i got donator its kinda just like no point so ive made appeals for it in the past never got accepted because i did something stupid the past week or month and ive quit my dumb shit and making this appeal for forgiveness

I restricted you from creating characters because you were disrupting, abusing and showing you had no regard for characters and roleplay back then. Whilst its been a while you received the same punishments relating that caused your char creation to be removed

i’m trying to get them back to reserve more spots for crim chars more roleplay plus the cartel shit coming out i wanted to farm and reserve a char for them it’s js been a long time and i think ive matured enough

Oh really? Improved? Recent note for petflag abuse... using a trail of welded toilet paper at Little Israel is a thing if you have said you've improved and stopped disrupting roleplay... I do care abt roleplay and we were all friends messing around with eachother at like 2-3am it was a random bystander who felt threatened by it and reported it when we werent messin with him

There are simply no off hours or messing around hours, you're facing the consequences anytime when you break rules.

yes i understand that and in the sit i told the staff member and owned up to it it is my fault for it and i apologized for it and now i do it but i dont mess around alot i dont break roleplay alot i am a great addition to it
