Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *I've spent a lot of time on this server and believe I would be a good help for people making tickets when there's not much staff on. I like diverge and want to learn more about how it works while helping the community out. I was told that I would make a good staff and figured I would put in an application and see where it goes. 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *I should be considered because I'm very active and have pretty good relations with everyone I meet. Like I said before, on my main char I constantly deal with no staff being on and I think I would be a good fit for those times. Also, I never cause any problems on the server. I've never been banned and I think the worst I ever did was get an NLR note for trying to apologize to someone. 

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Nope.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *I wouldn't say I'm well known city-wide but a lot of people know me on my Geno char and nobody has any problems or issues with me. A lot of people know me on Dean Gulberry Jr. or his father (RIP) and even the cops like me on them. I'm just here to have a good time at the end of the day. 

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: A lot to choose from honestly. My first day was chaotic and I remember that fondly. The day I was made with my brothers and the day I became Capo are up there. Dean Gulberry lockpicking and processing drugs in the mansion is also an honorable mention.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I'm busy, I'd clip it (if possible) and get someone on duty to take care of it. If no one can handle it then I would swap over to staff char depending on how busy I am with RP. If I'm too busy I'd let staff know about the guy. 

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Let them know I clocked that shit and ask them if they realize they're abusing their power. If it's a simple mistake and they didn't realize I'd probably just keep an eye on them to make sure it doesn't keep happening. If it keeps happening or if they realized they were abusing and still did it then I'd have to bring it to someone higher than both of us.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It is a conflict of interest to take that ticket and I would try to get someone else to take it. Even if I think I would act unbiased, I am the only one who can prove that, and other people may not see it from that perspective.
