Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I only killed 1-2 cops during a conflict before i got gunned down how is that MRDM, before i got in  a shootout with rivals and that was the most but i dont evne think i killed anyone in the shootout.

Why should you be unbanned? Because i didnt MRDM

On the 23rd you were noted for MRDM, for RDM'ing 4 people in quick succession. On the 24th, you killed a total of 8, in two quick bursts.

For at least one of these incidents I handled the report, and was shown evidence via clip of you RDM'ing, and so with the recent note in mind, I decided to ban you.

That guy i had altercations with previously and I was following him for a while

Whilst you may have had previous altercations with the ticket maker, you did not follow the killing nor escalation rules when killing him. 

In the clip provided, the ticket maker had their back turned whilst interacting with an NPC in the clip shown, to which you shot him in the back with no further interaction. 

In regard to the MRDM, you had killed a total of 8 people in two separate incidents on the 24th confirmed via logs, both in quick succession. Coupled with the fact you also killed 4 people the day prior, again in quick succession to which you had received a note for. It is highly unlikely any player should be killing a total of 12 people, in 3 separate incidents, with probable cause to do so.
