When did you first join the server: First joined the server on 10/22/2023, I took quite a long brake consisting of around 3 years and returned on 6/28/2026 and have been playing ever since.

How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: Quite a lot a time, I would say a couple days per week.

Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Mostly because I want to enjoy this experience and fulfill my dream of being it, I feel, that if I become this I can bring a lot of leadership such as good communication, and my accountability I want to have a good experience within the server as for the most part I have, I know what to do as a part of staff team within the 90s Roleplay and the responsibilities it upholds, I also want to also become apart of this staff team specifically because I think that I will be a good addition to the server, thanks to my previous experience in other related servers.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Well my maturity to start with. I still like to have fun and keep things light hearted, I really take interest because it seems a breath of fresh air for me. Besides, I have quite a lot of experience in these types of servers and just roleplay in general, seeing as I've held numerous high ranking positions within different servers and that has given me a lot of knowledge on basic conduct. I can offer good communication, accountability, and honesty. What stands out about me would be my leadership, I can establish order in any situation that requires it and delegate tasks in a clear and concise manner, leading to a more orderly and efficient work environment. I am also strict with the people who I work with I possess an array of skills which all come with separate responsibilities and obstacles to deal with on a regular basis while dealing with people of different skill sets I believe with my extensive knowledge of the and ability to not only command but assist other people makes me the best candidate for the job. I can make any and all people in the staff team become better and more efficient than they are currently.

(Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I have been staff in multiple Garry's Mod servers, my most notable being in DarkRP servers, I can't remember the servers due to my brake I had overall from Garry's Mod servers which was around 2 years.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I am well known, most notably on my PD character which is Yaropolk Frolov, the name I provided above, my reputation I would personally say is positive including with the public and other officer's within the department. *
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I haven't really had any favourite moment so far to call it my favourite, but I overall enjoy Diverge Networks as a whole, as in my opinion it beats any other Roleplay server within Garry's Mod.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I will make sure to take a clip to already have evidence, providing the RDM was not committed on me there is no bias, I will pull him into the sit room and check his previous offences, depending on the previous offences I will take the proper action according to punishment guidelines, making sure I have evidence in this case.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I see a fellow staff member abusing their commands/powers I will take a clip of the incident and report it on the forums, unless theres a higher ranking staff member on to be able to handle the situation, I will submit any other relative evidence as needed.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Unfortunetly, due to it being a known friend or faction member of mine, It will contribute bias and I would wait for another staff member to handle the situation, the reason it constitutes bias is I could have unfair decisions on the other person or have a certain bias due to it being a friend therefore, I will establish the staff situation to some other member of staff that is currently online.
