Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I have met a lot of people that have broken rules int eh server. I mainly want to help teach new people and make sure everyone is enjoying their time on the server whilst getting a good experience. I also just want to help people since thats what I have always enjoyed doing.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I am a very active person and trustworthy. I have been on almost everyday for the past week and have encountered a lot of people that need help but I can't get to them because they are on discord and dont read dc that much.  I also am trustworthy as even in roleplay I haven't done anything untrustworthy by any others and have always done things fairly and not dirty. I also have no punishments so that shows I care about the server also.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I used to staff in darkRP mutiny 
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I was of a past DarkRP server and SCP RP but had them figured out and un banned a while back.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I would say that i am decently known and have met a lot of people. I would also say the most people I have met, I have had a good and fun interaction with as in Sons Of Silence, NYPD and just doing odd jobs for others.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment was when I first joined I was getting helped by someone apart of Sons Of Anarchy and they were really helpful, then after people said they would mess us up we retaliated by going after them when police weren't around and it was a fun and exiting experience.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Since I am off duty I would just make a report and get evidence as needed also. Unless this server allows staff to go on duty with proper evidence and doing it but probably just do a report like usual.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get clips and screenshots of the actions they did that were unfair. I would then make a staff report on forums and then send all evidence and explain what they did.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would ask the reporter what the person did and if they have any proof of anything. I have to act as if my faction/friend is any other person so it wouldn't be biased and then do everything like I would do to any other person.

-1 unfortunately only 10 hours of playtime and being here for a couple days isn’t close to enough time to understand the complexity of the things the server will throw at you 

 

try again down the line as it also gives people more of a chance to see who you are and how you act etc

To be fair, not a bad staff application, and you don't seem to be a bad pick when glancing at this application.

However, you have a very low playtime to apply for staff and you're someone we don't know, at least I don't and I've been here for a year.

I recommend you play at least 4-6 months on the server, get to know your faction and get made in it, become a police officer on another character, pass the BAR to be a lawyer on your main, etc.. Experience the server on every corner like I did before applying and getting accepted, just a good thing to do in general for anyone trying to be staff.
