What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *I am applying because I want to take on more responsibility and contribute more to the server and community. I have enjoyed my time as a Police Officer and I want to continue improving and helping create more and enjoyable roleplay for everyone. I am also interested in learning new things working and being apart/having more responsibilities. and gaining more experience in tough situations.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I think I should be considered over other candidates because I am dedicated to helping the server and making sure that players have a positive experience. I am active within the community can dedicate over 10-12+ Hours a day remain professional when interacting with others and am always willing to assist whenever needed. I am also open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve which would allow me to be more of a reliable member of the staff team.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not With Garry's Mod but Rainbow Six Siege, Head Moderator 3 Months. and some other servers with being a adminstrator.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: With the 2 days I've been here I feel like I've become pretty known throughout the community. I try to stay active interact with other members and maintain professional whenever I'm in the server. From my experiences I believe most members see me as someone who is chill respectful and willing to help people when needed. I always look to represent the community in a positive way and continue building a good reputation.


What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: The Police Cells.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I were off duty and witnessed someone RDMing I would first gather as much evidence as possible such as recording the incident or taking screenshots. I would avoid interfering unless it was absolutely necessary and instead handle the situation through proper staff procedures. Once I have sufficient evidence, I would go on duty if appropriate and investigate the situation fairly, listening to all sides involved before making any decisions or taking action according to the server rules.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I noticed a staff member repeatedly abusing their powers even if it was not very noticeable I would begin gathering evidence of the incidents to ensure I have accurate information. I would not ignore the behavior mostly because they are the same rank or higher than me. Once I have enough evidence I would report the situation to higher ranking staff members or management so it can be reviewed fairly and professionally. Staff members should be held to the same standards regardless of rank.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a ticket was made against a friend or a member of my faction I would handle the situation the same way I would handle any other report. I would review all available evidence listen to both sides and make a decision based  on the server rules and the facts that where shown to me. Since I know the player personally there is a possibility of bias so if I feel that my relationship could affect my standards I would pass the ticket to another staff member to ensure the situation is handled fairly and without favoritism. Fairness and professionalism is more important than personal relationships.
