Reason for PK: I was asked by a faction member to follow them and give them 90650$ for a big deal in-game.When i droped the money i was PK'd.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I think i should be unPK'd, because i did no harm to the faction never brought heat to the faction and never snitched on the faction. Pk rule violated: The person receiving the order must have the identity (f3) of whomever is giving the order.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Unfortunately i do not have a clip therefore i can go by the rules - You were slained by 194728 [194728] The order must be given in-game by the Don or trusted High Command member of the family. The person receiving the order must have the identity (f3) of whomever is giving the order, they need to know who their boss is, they can't receive an order from someone they don't know.

The person in question, has repeatedly done something to directly harm you, the family, or another member of the family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespecting someone once is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone for mucking up JUST one time. Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK.

You were killed for bringing heat to Takahashi with multiple arrests, selling firearms without the proper licensure and being an overall liability. As criminal, since you ordered drugs you accept the risk of being pk'd by joining a criminal organization!

Hi Tommy im the one who wrote the orders as it was brought to my attention that you as a felon had been arming whiteshirts who didn't have the proper licensing. Along with being arrested in your company suit multiple times after being told not to draw attention to yourself when wearing the company suit. When you joined the faction you accepted the risk of potentially being pked for violating Faction rules. The main reason you were deemed a liability was your willingness to arm whiteshirts who had been turned away for not having a gun license. When it comes to the Factions gun racket any potential liability gets dealt with asap as its the biggest legal source of income for the faction and anyone getting caught selling our firearms illegally can put the store at risk of being fined heavily or shutdown.
