Why should we be unbanned : Hello me and my friend are writing the appeal, we have had previous warns about MRDM and RDM, since our first ban we have calmed down we stopped making trouble we have started grinding for our faction and we played usually like every normal player, as I've said me and my friend haven't been making any trouble but our real life friend came to play the server back again he was in Kosher Nostra they have PKed his char and he got mad he lied about our faction Supreme Team and Kosher Nostra being in a conflict he told us get your guns and shoot them we didn't know think about the consequences we really apologize and this won't ever happen again you have our word we will continue playing normally we will grind, socialize and our friend told us to shoot the Jewish Deli because he was mad because he got PKed and told us we are in a conflict because of some random thing after we got banned he started laughing and telling us that he made that up. Our Serbian friend from the Supreme Team got us into his crew and he was out that night we didn't believe what our 3rd friend that got banned too said to us about the conflict we messaged him on his discord and he didn't respond because he wasn't home, when he came back on he got told that we got banned because of the 3rd guy Mare that lied the Supreme guy from Serbia teached us everything what to do and what not to do if he was there that night this wouldn't have happened because Mare lied about us being in a conflict and we are so sorry once again this will never happen again you have our word we miss this server a lot and we want to come back with something new and actually bring a normal positive roleplay to the server.

Hello, I'm somewhat involved in this situation, so I'd like to share my perspective.

First of all, he is not lying. Someone from our faction falsely told them that we had issues with Jewish people and that we had ordered them to take care of some Jewish guy, which is completely false.

At the time, they were brand new to the server, just a group of friends looking for something new to do. Obviously, being lied to doesnt justify Mass RDM or breaking any server rules. They should have known better and made sure they understood the rules before acting.

That said, they were new to the city and genuinely didnt realize that what they were doing was against the rules. Because of that, I believe they deserve a second chance to prove they are not minges(NITRP). They are aware of the mistake they made, they've acknowledged it, and they are willing to make things right.

Long story short, I dont think there was any bad intent here. They are good people who made a stupid mistake, and i believe they deserve another chance.

They are my Serbian brothers, they have actually messaged me asking me about conflict their 3rd friend Mare said but I wasn't home at that time to respond, after I came home and I found out I called them on Discord and they explained everything that the 3rd guy that was in Kosher lied about a war or conflict idk and when he shoot they shoot too. I can assure you that they won't do such a thing again give them another chance if they do it which I am sure they won't don't ever give them a chance again appealing won't work for them anymore.
