Why should you be unbanned?

Was added to a discord ticket, I was ran over and picked up by an SOS member. One of my allies shot at them and it’s being deemed metagame? I was not in any vcs during that time, I remember the sit with Z6 I was just grindin ships literally by myself

Hey so im the banning staff member in this case.

 

There had been a discord ticket made due to a staff member's recommendation about a ticket he was unsure about. There are 2 relevant clips for this situation and both will be labeled and attached below. Inside of those clips we see two sos dudes goofing off and picking you up while ragdolled. You say 3 times throughout your clip “ put me down” the last being at 48 seconds in. on clip one we see no sight of your friend until 56 seconds in where he is far away running towards you then two seconds later he shoots. After he shoots a firefight breaks out killing the two sos. When the fight is over we see your friend running up towards you and much closer now as he ran during it.

 

During your initial sit your claim is that he was just running that way and was close enough to hear your voice and defend you. I had tested this with another staff member to see how far the voices go exactly to get a rough idea of if it was possible and it was very far off, to the point where there isnt any chance you were heard.

 

The claim is he was just running at that exact second and then defended you, however when comparing it to the theory of metagame,it makes alot more sense as thats what everything points to, a random man shooting two dudes who were carrying a white shirt with no identifiable features at the time provides very compelling evidence to that point.

I’m on vacation right now so i’m not really able to access much, but he was obviously able to hear me if he shot. I was in no voice chats during the time of those clips so he shot for a reason and it isn’t metagame, the evidence you have are inconclusive and are far from proof of metagame.

It’s kind of ironic how they’re reporting me for metagame, yet in my clip when i’m asking him to drop me he clearly says no. But in his clip there’s no microphone audio when he talks. They’re in a discord call lol, fellas were also third person peaking a corner and tryna report me for some shit I didn’t even do. Seems like you’ve banned the wrong person for metagame my friend

Ima be honest I didn't submit a ticket because I did not give a fuck, but I was involved. Honestly your blatant lies are fucking insane. This shitty clip you have of trying to gauge if your friend could hear you or not is so inaccurate. If you slow down the clip you can clearly see your friend on the sidewalk way farther than that. Below I've actually attached the closest your friend had ever gotten which is waaaaaaay out of speaking range. You actually didn't say anything while he was even in the frame. You also keep claiming you were hit by our car which is false if you actually watched the clip. I went ahead and watched the clip at 0.25 speed to get an exact moment your friend fire his shot. You can even see the Ricochet off the street light. And the 3rd person peeking claims. I had my fucking tool gun out and was watching your ass the entire time waiting to see if you were going to pull. I do think this is a pretty dumb situation in all honest but had to say my piece.

That picture is literally in speaking range, a few steps forward and boom, you can hear everything… the imgur that yuki posted is exaggerated and the red crate was FARRR off from the light post. How do you know he didn’t reposition and back up a bit to a safer spot than up close against 2 people? These are all just straight assumptions rather than actual proof and it’s aggravating how you retarded bikers are always minging around then make a report when I say something about it.
