Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * The reason why I want to apply is that this community has given to me a lot and I want to give back, I feel that this is one way that I can give back to the people that encouraged me my entire time on this server. I have had times where tickets would take too long, and I've heard people complaining about it, if were to join staff i would be able to take those tickets and help those people no matter what their questions are.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I feel that I could push myself harder than anyone else and that I can set my mind to all of the tickets I need to meet quota. I know without a doubt that I can meet the ticket quota every single week and get extra tickets too, I know some people think that they should only get their quota but I don't believe people should have that mindset.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No unfortunately.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I've been banned once for "Stove bombing, Cop bait, NITRP" I've changed my ways, I didn't fully understand the rules and was being stupid, being banned gave me a chance to read over the rules.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I feel like I am well known in the diverge community as being friendly and willing to help, I believe that my reputation would be overall good, I think will say that I'm a great person to be around and that I'm fair, and bring good RP to this server.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I feel that my journey throughout the PD was my favourite because it helped me learn, acknowledge, and communicate with the server and the people.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would report it to other staff members in the staff chat, if there is nobody else to help i would go on duty as staff and deal with it myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make a staff report ticket with any evidence that I do have.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It could constitute bias but as long as you were taught and don't use the relationship that you have with the person to determine the outcome, but to be on the safe side, I would reach out to another staff member to take over the ticket if possible.

(My reasoning is not your age, I used to run competitive Minecraft networks when I was 14. Diverge has a lot of people and they aren't exactly the easiest to deal with, I don't think you've experienced enough of life to deal with them professionally. Even myself with 2 years experience in HR had a hard fucking time.)

I would like to point out that I keep hearing that he received the position of Lt for being “My little Brother” and honestly a lot of you are looking from the inside of your glass house with no context to what he actually had to do to get the position. He didn’t go from cadet to Lt in one month. He actually had to climb the ranks and main PD for 5 months and earn his way to the position. Ik how easy it is to look from the outside and not ask any questions and assume things. But the kid worked hard, Did administrative work, did training, Hired new people, assisted anyone one he could and way he could. It just seems unfair to discredit all the work he’s done to get to the position he is in currently and now like the other LTs has to work to maintain the position.

-1 for this reason, He could be a great staff member for all I'd know, But I grew up staffing on servers like diverge and I know there's alot of shit you shouldn't see at that age, and with how many weirdos and awful people there are. He shouldn't be subjected to dealing with shit like that IMO.

And as far as time goes, it took me 5 Months to get to Lt and 7 to get captain so I don’t understand how time is relevant in this context ? Honestly it seems you have a personal problem with him that has 0 bearing on this particular topic since you can’t explain yourself like an adult.

Gonna be real I hired this kid when he first came around and I’ve only had positive interactions along with positive RP not only when he was with me but outside the faction too (from my personal experience at least along with haven’t interacted with his cop in a while)

 

a lot of people seem to be hating on him just because he’s a PD main and obviously you won’t like someone whose arresting you/not playing on your side and if he did obtain rank at a sped up pace that’s kinda a PD internal issue more so than defining him as a person 

I truly think he wouldn’t be a bad staff member I’m quite shocked to see that’s he’s 14 when I’ve seen a lot of maturity from him

Nigga got bullied just because he is the brother of John Gordon and is young while maining a PD character. From my perspective, having spent most of my youth on PC, age really doesn’t matter at all. However, the Diverge community is something different, and I think I’ll go with Yugi’s opinion, which he expressed in the latest 14 y.o staff application.

Absolutely +1, but also -1 just because of the age and how toxic this community can be.

Further more you have spent majority of the time you have spent on diverge mingeing making the same character over and over again same name and player model you shouldn’t have any opinion on staff applications at all dude you are just a LQP
