Reason for PK: Mugging

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Because a rule was broken (Image sent below) 

Clearly this clip shows a misunderstanding of mugging rules & how PKs work around mugging.
Bullets pulls up after seeing a rumour stating someone's being mugged in Construction.,
Then he approaches the guy who's restrained - talking to him trying to get his attention (dude looks AFK.),
He goes to his attachments (trying to fish the guys name using C menu) to then successfully forcefully introduce himself to the victim,
Dude wakes up, doesn't give him ANY information on the mugger, doesn't give him ANY description,
Bullets goes up the stairs, kills me without proper identification, without having any connection to the restrained individual, is not in the individuals faction, and is completely unrelated making him a "vigilante" in this case.,
Not only do you need to know the person you're saving but you also require to identify the mugger if they leave the area. I was never spotted standing near him after his mugging, I was not moving and I was standing still on the rooftop - it was a pure assumption of who I was in that situation.

Bro's a fucking drooler for what he did but ngl, his pk should've been seeked out legitimately. 

I think staff overlooked the clip because it was 2minutes long and bullets in the moment just didn't understand the legitimacy and more so needed a second opinion. Unfortunately I think it'll need a 3rd after watching this clip.

I was the one who reported this mugging on rumour chat, you were being a dumbass and robbed him in clear day light. I had called it out aswell on my radio channel IC btw with all of my faction and I had reported all your guys clothing and who you guys had kidnapped which was a Jew aka our Allie . You and your friends messed up by doing it out in day light, sorry but this is a valid pk. I have clips aswell showing me call you guys out too but need to see if I deleted it or not.

It doesn't matter if they were allied or not, as a long time player string i thought you've read the rules about it. They need to get F3 as said in the rules

TM learns the identity of the person WHILE they're tied up, no interaction, no description, no nothing and goes straight up and kills the first person he sees. I would quite literally punish the person who killed Bao for RDM . Complete BS PK.

Why I did the pk: Rule 20 Mugging rules- "i.e. you may not perform vigilante justice and must have a group member connection or F3 of the person you are saving in order for the kill on the mugger to be considered a PK. While intervening, provided you are not being mugged or held under fear rp yourself, you are not at major risk of pk." Which case i interpreted part of the rule as not needing to have the F3 prior to the interaction as long as there was a group connection. (Colombo aiding a Kosher Ally). 

Why I was wrong: They need to have the F3 prior to the mugging, he was not apart of the RP and inserted himself.

Hello!

As already stated by the PK’ing staff there was a misinterpretation of the ruling. You need either the F3 recognition of someone you are protecting or a group connection. As in the same faction, not an allied faction.

As showcased in the clip, the person acting in defense did not have the F3 recognition of the victim. They were also not in the same faction.

Your character will be reinstated shortly. As a reminder, the RP around your death will be voided as a result. You can not pursue the killer with IC consequence, the victim may now still pursue you IC if all proper RP is followed as if you had mugged the victim and left that evening. 

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
