Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was told I have 3 prior RDM's this month alone, which is just not true. My first note was a couple months ago, and only other one, I can even remember was when all the Sos drama was going down at the Meat Market. Which if I didn't start the gun fight, the other 20 people would have if I did not. If I may add, there was 3 different shoot outs in little Italy this day with over 20 plus people maybe 30 involved. 

Why should you be unbanned? I believe what I did was fine. I shot a Tommy gun in Little Italy and was charged at by a cop with his fists out which looked as if he was charging me with a taser after what I just did. Not wanting to go to jail, or to get tased then cuffed, I did what I had to do based on the circumstance. Could I have maybe given the cop some more RP, sure I could have. I'm sure about 95% of the player base would have done the exact same thing and killed the cop. If I was to have faced the cop, there was felony charges I would have been facing, criminal negligence with a weapon, and dangerous conduct with a weapon. Maybe the cop gives me a misdemeanor, maybe he lets me walk. I'm not going to play hypotheticals. If you "Admin Jennay" would have just banned me for a day, I would have just took it on the chin, however 5 days seems very extreme. Also fabricating my amount of PO's claiming I had 3 last month is just not true, my two priors were over a month if not longer ago. I enjoy playing here, I put a lot of time and quality roleplay in on this server, and I believe this was a very hasty and unjust punishment, thanks for your time.

Hello "Admin Jennay" here!

I stated you have 3 recent rdm notes from the past couple of months not just this month. 

March 3rd, March 23rd, April 5th and then today. You have put time into the server, as well as warned enough recently to be aware of what constitutes as a valid kill.

Rules State:


In your own clip you can see he was not attempting to arrest you and even if your claim is you thought he had a tazer out, he did not fire the tazer as well as there being a solid 3 seconds of him just in front of you standing before you even shot. 

You killed without there being any attempt to arrest and you should know better. Goodluck on your appeal.

The situation that unfolded certainly constitutes RDM.

Considering your previous notes, of which you have gained 3 in around 2 months, a ban for this 4th instance is completely valid.

That being said, as this is your first ban, 5 days could be considered too long.
