Why should you be unbanned?:

•       I believed my actions were appropriate based on the situation. We were selling tickets for a boxing event inside AND outside the restaurant, with active RP and customers nearby. The officer entered with his gun out, which immediately disrupted the scene and scared off people trying to buy tickets. This hindered our business.
•      We asked him multiple times to leave the property because his presence was interfering with our roleplay. He eventually stepped outside, but stayed right near the entrance, which continued to deter customers and hurt the RP.
•      I ask that it be recognized that escalation with police cannot merely start with punching a cop. I'd be PKed in a heartbeat, or be a tactical disadvantage. Instead, I waited for his conduct to continue to go on, he clearly wasn't intending on deescalating or leaving the area. There was no fail escalation here.
•      From my perspective, this felt like harassment or an attempt to find a legal reason to shut down the scene. That’s why people began recording, as part of RP. 
•      I wasn’t trying to break rules or escalate improperly — I was trying to protect the RP we had going. If I misunderstood how escalation or police presence should be handled, I’m willing to adjust going forward.

I don't have a problem with you personally I think you're a chill guy But there was no reason for you to shoot him in the back of the head You could have made an IA report instead of shooting him

And one other thing you use the assistance of AI To write this ban appeal I put it through multiple AI detectors and they all flagged it for AI Assisted writing

Hi,

Essentially this boils down to the RDM rules on Cops, as well as general escalation standards.

there are still times when you can't shoot police and it would be considered RDM. You may not KOS Police for no reason. They must be specifically targeting you or a faction member for arrest/takedown.

You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) 

In this case I do believe personally that the cop was being a bit of a nuisance, and realistically could have simply left the scene, but there was 0 attempt made to arrest, detain or otherwise even gather information by the Officer. Thus, shooting him in the back of the head is RDM. 

The other factor to consider for me, is your numerous notes for similar Fail Escalation rule breaks, and at least 1 note for Fail Escalation on a cop.

If you believe a cop or other player is acting in a way to disrupt or ruin your ongoing roleplay, the correct course of action is to make a staff report in game for NITRP etc.
