Why should you be unbanned? I am unsure why I have gotten a Char Abuse ban and just want some insight into the ban. If I was selling firearms on my char I always charged extra and I am fairly certain that I charged enough for it to not be char abuse. There have only been a few instances of me selling for less when someone had helped me process drugs and I allowed an extra discount because of their time helping me, so I am just a little confused on why I was banned without being pulled into a sit and given that information.

You were banned for Char Abuse, as you assisted an individual using several alts to process, During the process of staff removing / banning the accounts we couldn't help but notice you scrambling to take and hide all the drugs involved in your stashes, you were both Banned and PKed due to a member of UA's final decision on the matter

It's char abuse in terms of you Actively trying to hide items involved in a mass ban situation, and UA Will have final verdict on your ban. These are the rules that apply

7. Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance.

5. Do not abuse any in-game systems or functions that give you unfair advantage. If you find a server glitch that can abused to obtain an advantage or item/money with no effort it is your obligation to report the issue as opposed to abusing it. If abused this can result in serious punishment. 

8. You may not use an alternate character or an alternative character of a friend to abuse a faction racket.

1. Exploitation / Third Party Software: You may not utilise any feature or functionality on any platform that is not intended to exist. You are also forbidden from using any form of third party modification. This includes using cheating software, injectors, etc.

14. Conspiracy: Any conspiracy to break or subvert server rules, cause harm to the server or community, staff / management and / or the spirit of the game can result in a permanent ban from all platforms. 

In terms of your ban, it's 3 days but may be extended or lowered upon UA's Final Decision

How did I assist in the transfer between characters though? If I helped process drugs for someone's Alt I was unaware of it, I helped everyone that asked to process drugs. And as for the grabbing of the stuff from all I knew was one of our guys got banned and I was trying to grab his drugs out of the room to ensure that illegal items do not get left unattended. I was unaware that it was a mass ban situation and was only told one of our guys had gotten banned, if I should have left those drugs there then I would have if staff instructed me to as I was unaware of this.

That is understandable, however final verdict on your situation will be from UA, i highly suggest you collect all the evidence relating to your claim and wait for them to reach out to you, asking for any evidence you can provide. for future reference whenever people are being banned, leave their stuff for a little bit, whilst i understand your point of clearing illegal items from your room, there were still people processing in there, and it looks more like your friend got banned and you tried to take the items involved.

I do see where you are coming from and understand, but the only evidence for me grabbing that stuff was him telling me an hour or 2 prior to his ban that he bought something like 40H and that is what I was grabbing. I only keep a notepad of stuff that I have in my stashes and will be happy to hand over any items that I had taken that were associated with that. I am unsure of how to gather the evidence that I was unaware of the alting, but I will cooperate however is needed. I appreciate the insight into this and making me aware.

Looking at the full detail of this case, and having liaised with the banning staff and members of UA - to me, you have not met the burden of proof to show that you were not aware or involved.

You were involved with a mass char abuse scheme. When the bans began, you sprinted to the property where the abuse was happening to grab all of the drugs, hiding them in your personal stash. Worth noting is that your character was connected to the more than 10 bank accounts being used to store the products of the mass char abuse, so it would appear you were aware this was a rule break as you attempted to avoid the risk of losing your gains by using your stashes.

With a large record of ~30 collective notes and bans, I find it hard to believe you could be ignorant to such blatant rule breaking. When you have a hand in the process of the char abuse, watch it happen first hand, and attempt to further profit from the operation once the bans roll in on everyone else - you still somehow never believed it to have been wrong? It is just not feasible to me.

I believe the ban you received is relatively forgiving if anything.
