What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *
I want to join staff to help the server. I wanna help by taking tickets and settleing sit issues. And I want to be able to expand my ablity to help people.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I used to be an elite Admin on Clone Wars RP On Icefuse. When I was EA I handled sit issues by handleing people form both sides before i made a decesion on bans or kicks.  Sometimes I had make a judgement call incase it was a server minge messing everything up. I dont mess around when people come on to ruin the experince for everyone else.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  They thank im very nice and kind. and They always says im a nice guy  to talk to. I love to help guys if there having a issue for example if someone is stuck i ask them to make a ticket to an admin to see if they can get unstuck or do /fallover. Im friendly with italians,Japs, Among Others.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:Feburay racket battle. Love doing the valtines day battle that was all day, taking packages and doing some kills was fun, everyone running to get the package and return it. I was on most of that day trying to help my group. And It was fun doing it.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would get on and see what is going on, I would request for edvince form the people making the ticket and see if the guy is still in game, I would advised the guy to maker a player report and provided edvince.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would see if i can detect them abusing there power, if I detected them I would write a staff report about them or COC To a high Admin.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would sit out of it to avoid any favtoriteism,  and see if a other person can do it.

Pros: You have good staff experience, Your playtime is not terrible aim for another week or two of straight playtime but you do have promising amount of playtime you could possibly provide per week.

Cons: Your answers are really short, the minimum is three sentences per answer, 

Feedback: Maybe go into what about the racket war was fun, What other experiences have you had? Who do you roll with, Japs, Jews maybe even Italians. Why do people say you are nice etc.
