Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *My motivation for applying is simply to assist the staff team in taking tickets. I understand the amount of stress handling tickets can be, espescially duing peak hours on the server. My goal would be to help alleviate this pressure by helping out, and taking tickets when they start to build up. Also, week days around the later hours, there are not as many active staff as there are during the day. I am more of a night owl, and therefor my schedule would line up to add an extra set of hands to the team.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *I have been around this server for a very long time, and have a lot of experience with the server and it's rules. I also am able to take tickets at various times throughout the day. As I stated previously, I typically play during later hours, and around then, the active staff situation is a little dry. I could help out in that regard. I have also staffed on previous servers.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was administrator in a server called "Xeno Rp" many a year ago. My duties lasted for probably around the span of a year and a half.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: MRDM, And item transfer. All of my bans, I regret. I was a lot younger then, didn't know the rules, didn't care to. This was all before I took Rp seriously. Since then I have helped run a plethora of factions, invested in custom items, and read the rules, (MANY TIMES). I know it is no excuse for my past actions, however, I hope it is clear that my fiscal, time, and relationship investments have changed both how I view the server, and how I play within it.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *I haven't had a lot of negative conflicts within the server, especially in the ooc regard. I would not say I'm exactly, "well known", but I am distinguishable in character. Most people that come across me tend to leave with good rp, and conversation.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Too many to name. Weber's Assassination, the attack on World Corp, all of the great wars, the list can go on and on. I find there to be so many memorable moments that it is often hard to pick my favorite one.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would swiftly switch to my staff, take the ticket, and investigate the situation first from the perspective of the person reporting it. I would then check the logs, to either confirm or deny this. After gathering any evidence available, I'd pull the accused. After hearing both sides of the story, Id present any evidence, and that would be the decider of the outcome. 
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would begin by gathering any evidence I can. Slowly, if necessary. And I'd let a higher up know ASAP. If it's one word against mine, I'd present my evidence and let the higher up settle the situation.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: The situation is sticky as it is. If there are other staff available to take the ticket, I would let them as to not try to inflict any bias. If I am the only staff available, I take the ticket and approach with 0 bias. I would collect any evidence relating to the report, and then pull the accused. Once confronted, and all evidence considered, I would handle the situation accordingly. My member rdmed? He's getting warned for RDM. Minging? He's gonna be warned to get his act together before he is banned for NITRP. All of this changes if there is priors, of course.

 Well-rounded application and he has a lot of experience on the server he would be a good part of staff +1

As someone who recommended him and knows him extremely well. All I've seen from him is nothing but good. After a chat about why he wants to join staff it seems he wants to genuienly help the server/community although he has some "serious" bans imo I wouldnt let that hold him back. Wouldn't hurt to have another late night staff member. Massive +1
