What is your motivation/reason for applying?: There are always individuals who require assistance during night time. It is hard to know that I cannot assist them when they need me. thought there are people who may be in need of assistance but there are no available staff makes me realize how important it is to have staff members on duty at all times. That is why I would like to become part of the staff team. I want to be someone, who the community can turn to in hours when assistance is required. Being a staff member does not just mean answering the questions. It means being responsible, patient and honest. The most important aspect of being a staff member is to create a positive atmosphere for the server. I will try to do this through being attentive and assist the needs of the community and being polite to each other. I will do everything possible in order to assist players. Even in situations when it turns out to be really difficult moment, I will remain calm and try to solve all the problems in the best way to benefit the community.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I am a fast learner I am always willing to improve and And take tickets as quickly as I can to make sure everyone has the help and support that they need

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have no previous experience of staff

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why: I was banned twice one for mass raiding for a week My other ban was for cop baiting no intent to role play when I first started the server and looking back then I was just minging. I have straightened my act out I try not to get into any trouble with staff but I occasionally have my run in with I've had no other bans except the ones I've listed I know I have a decent amount of notes But those notes don't define who I am

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you: I'm fairly well known within the community. I know not everyone will think the same about me. Some people like me while others may not That is okay. What matters most to me is treating everyone with the upmost respect. I want to stay fair of peoples personal differences or opinions, about each other.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far: My favorite moment ever on Diverge was my very first Racket event Being able to PVP around the city shooting my target It gives a thrill it gets your heart pumping Being able to protect my Don Made me feel part of something bigger And there has been many times I've just gone to a restaurant doing the proper /me For eating and drinking something Other examples of me being a clothing salesman and a enforcer / Bodyguard I also have had a lot of fun with GM events I have participated in that are PVP or RP based

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would get on my staff character I would then get their Steam ID pull them to a sit Check how many hours they have if they are fairly newer with only a couple hours I would tell them to go read the rules and give them a note or verbal but If they have more than a couple of days and they know what they are doing Then I would note them But if they have prior RDM notes or bans Then I would ban them for the according amount of time of what they did

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would take clips of them doing these actions I would make a UA ticket to report them or send it To Canadian or Pendred

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not take the ticket because of bias Which can get me in trouble and that person that made the ticket which is my friend in trouble as well I would contact another staff member and ask them if they can take the ticket but if I was the only staff member on I would take the ticket get both sides get clips check damage logs and get a second opinion from a staff member higher or the same rank as me That's how I would handle the situation
