Reason for PK: Unexplained Reason

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was on my Alt Character lockpicking random houses, and my gang called me on my main character telling me to swap characters. Then they killed me because I was lock picking. But on my Alt character. Realistically that's Fail RP. I was roleplaying as a robber. seperately from my main character and gang.

It would appear to me on first glance that the allegation that you were killed for things you did on a different char are true.

1. An allied apartment, as alleged

2. even owned by anyone at all. its rentable.

I'm confused, wait its rentable? but yeah, I got the clip of me lock picking it rq lemme send it. it was for a gang task. we pulled up killed ppl and the boss we were gonna kill ran inside, I lock picked it. but my gang had already lock picked the garage door and got in. So I stopped lock picking cuz I got shot at.

but yeah just lmk what you think. i sent the clip in above, i'll admit it. I was being a minge on my alt. But not on My main character. I think they just wanted me dead to be honest.

Hello! 

Upon further inspection of lockpicking logs we found that the reasons for your character D'Angelo to be PK'd are in-fact reasonable. Prior to the day you were pk'd it seems that you had done a fair bit of lockpicking this including kosher apartments, Lucchese apartments including a room your faction had access to and, a building Bruno-Scarfo owns. The reasons as said in the orders of "lockpicking into allies apartments" is supported. 

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.

You may not re-appeal this PK.
