Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): so earlier myself mike stevens and wade pollos had got strikes so we were already kind of on edge and he was gonna get discharged anyways and i thought it would be funny if we took the lawyer hostage and i uncuff wade and we were shot and killed by the other officers eventually leading to a PK on both of us which we knew would happen

Why should you be unbanned?: i read the rules and couldn't really find anywhere that said we would be banned for this action besides a PK and this isn't attempted mass RDM they shot first it wasn’t our intention to kill everyone you can see in the clip we dont fire until walter mueller fires at wade pollos first after a flashbang and shooting me also
