Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  

As a original player from the birth of the server, Id like to return to staff to continue providing help alongside the current staff. I now have more time to dedicate to the server and help all players new and old with their situations. 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  

I'm always fair, I will take an outside perspective of all situations and show 0 bias to those who I like and those I dislike. I'm active during the UK hours when less staff are available. I'm more than competent enough to be back to the staff duties I had previously done (With a little help on some refreshing)

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):

Mesa Gaming Moderator MRP ( 2 Months)

Diverge Networks Admin (3 - 5 Months not sure)

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:

Unauthorized PD Raid - 1 Day (2024)
RDM - 1 Day (Unbanned by Canadian back in 2021)

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  

I would say I'm well known, more liked than I was 4-5 years ago lol. I get on with everyone and have no problems with anybody. I've also been High Command in multiple factions.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:

Weber Assassination (Was too funny) and our recent Wright Wedding (Everyone was chill and we had a very loud joint celebration afterwards)

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty.

How do you handle this?: I would clip it, ask another staff member to assess the situation and let him make his own decision of the situation.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:

I would report them to a member of staff above their position.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him.

How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:

I would ask another staff member to take the ticket, not because I would be bias but because the person the ticket is made against may believe the decision could be bias and unfair.

Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.
