What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *
My motivation for applying for staff is that I've been apart of this community for more than 4 years and I feel like I haven't done much to give back to the community and assist (Other than Donating). But I have a ton of staffing experience and I know I would be a huge help due to my fast response time.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *
You should consider me over other candidates because of my skills and profession inside of staffing. I have staffed & Developed on Gmod for about 3-5 Years. After leaving Diverge for a time for being burnt out I went on to participate in server and be a huge help. For example I was Moderator and Head of the Event Team at MBRP Exhibition. I have ran and developed multiple gmod servers and fivem servers. But more and less I know what I'm doing and the task at hand.

Moderator & Event Team Lead at - Exhibiton MBRP 6.6K in Discord 31.4K In steam group (5 Months)

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Yes, for NITRP, Mass RDM. I was banned because of that and the whole reason why was that the house won and I lost 300k, Hope that explains it all.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *
I would say Im mostly well known, I would say I was a huge help to the hiring in the Lucchese Faction with hiring over 50 People and I think people would think great and highly about me.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
This one time when me and my homie (Perm banned now ) Got chased by this gay detective and the entire NYPD for us to juke them out 6 times and end up with one of there cars exploding. Or just Pressing the NYPD in general.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would take a clip and then if I see a staff member that claimed it I would DM them the clip of them RDMing. But I wouldn't take this into my own hands.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
If I even saw it happen I would clip all of the incident's and then create a ticket or dm a staff team leader and then get the person delt with.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would personally not take the ticket due to potential Bias allegations. But if I was the only staff member on I would act like I don't know him and If I see blatant or just full proof of them just being a dumbass and Rdming I would just hand them a punishment because If they get mad at me I don't care because It's just a game.
