Allow Certain PK Rules for Cops

I suggest the following:

Make a couple PK rules prohibiting the occasional event of a police officer steps out of line, like a criminal does, which results in a PK.

I totally agree with his point, cops getting PK’d could use a bit more flexibility in the rules
