Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * My main reason for applying is I'd like to be apart of the community again, when I started out as staff I absolutely loved it, felt more involved than being in a crime family, and I feel like being staff kind of is where *most* of the recognition for myself came from, so I'd like to return to that if able, and start again. Plus, a lot of what I would consider good friends are staff, and I met them when I started out. I kind of transitioned to maining staff over crime characters, and well..... that didn't turn out too good. 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I believe I should be considered over other applicants due to my record, availability, and willingness to just do stuff. Along with my previous time,  I might need to learn some of the new stuff, as I'm sure there have been rule updates. When it comes to everything, I still haven't forgotten server rules, PK rules, all of the goodies. As a staff member, I never had any complications with anyone, never was reprimanded (besides freezing a car once). I feel like I got along well with everyone and did everything correctly. 

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position, and how long): I do, Administrator and GM, starting from June 24th to late 2025 (around December) 

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not. I have a flag for prop abuse (I am so sorry fox) and one other that I forgot, it might be VDM or RDM? But no bans at all. 

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I would say that I am very well known, Started as Timm Aka "Eggsy" (rest his poor soul) and made alot of friends around the city. got lost and joined the Corsican Mob, within a few months I had us on good terms with the Cassanos, Takahashi, and some other factions, I think it was mainly due to my character being bar certified, but I also like to think it has to do with the fact I'm just friendly. But I also think a lot of people know me as Mmmm_Cookies mainly, whether that be from tickets, events, event messages, or talking in the Discord. or just trying to help new people. 

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far? I have a few favorites, but my most memorable had to be the seasonal stuff. This past Halloween the GM's were doing stuff around the map to spook people I guess, it consisted of being mannequins and moving when people weren't looking, following them around, spawning stuff in the sewers and letting people run around in the dark to fight zombies and bugs, very fun times and a large part of the reason I also applied for GM. Besides that? I loved the racket events, have a few clips of the one a few months ago where a shit ton of Lucchese tried to come in, and I was in a dark ass corner with a Famas, haha. I also just loved driving around. The tunnel entrance/exit besides the big hospital is great to come flying out of. I've hit a few barrel rolls and even one over a police stop. Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs, and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If the ticket was still open after a few minutes, I would switch to my staff character and take it, aslong as I'm not in the middle of an RP scenario. 

You have seen a fellow staff member of a higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Noticeable or not, abuse is abuse. I would gather as much proof as I can without taking too long to prevent it from being forgotten, and report it to the next higher person, or open a UA ticket/submit a regular staff report. I'd ask anyone who I know was affected for any proof they may have, compile everything, and submit it all. 

A member of your faction/friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDM’ing and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If someone else was available to take the ticket, I would ask them to. If it fell solely upon me, I would review any proof and evidence provided and deliver the punishment that fits. Anything involving a person you're friends with can constitute bias; that's why I would prefer for someone unrelated to take the ticket. But if it came down to it, I can and will (and have) handle any situations involving people I know and regularly interact with.
