Reason for PK: shooting a cop for running me over in a civilian car 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The cop was driving a civilian car and ran me over so i found him fleeing so i shot him and he jumped out of the car so until he did that , that was when i found that he was a officer . 

Ticket was made and the staff was talking to the cop not even 10 mins ago

2nd pic you cant even see the cop in this tiny ass car, theres multiple people talking as you can see in the bottom right, officers arent supposed to be driving that car

The power imbalance in this roleplay is unreal. A retarded cop in a civillian car driving like a minge. Engages what typically be might just be 1v1 between two regular players on the streets. No, Instead it is a dumbass Corporal with armor and guns that he didn't pay for and gets a free PK. Also this cop might be a PK hunter as I remember like 3 months ago he went from 0 plea deals nothing to like 8 life sentences in a few days after he had just finished PK'ing another dude with a shotgun. Can't imagine the number now.

Hello,

There is a few glaring issues with this PK. First of all, the officer did hit you with his vehicle, though to his credit you were in the middle of a parking standing there, BUT because of it being a unmarked vehicle, I can see how you may have thought it was a simple civilian rather then it being an officer.

Additionally along those lines with it being a civilian vehicle, the argument could be made that this is somewhat equivalent/similar to the ruling on how detectives can go about PKing in plain clothes (even if this is not a detective)
