Why should you be unbanned?
While driving my forklift around town, I noticed that the gate to warehouse number 1 was open. I drove into warehouse number 1 because I could see several forklift trucks and a bunch of boxes. Upon entering the warehouse, there was an individual that had a gun and instructed me to leave the warehouse. I left the warehouse and exited the property as instructed. The individual continued to aim his firearm at me after I had left the property, thereby making him an active threat. The rules state that players may be killed if they are an active threat, therefore, I took the appropriate actions. There was also no signs of me RDM baiting him? This ban makes no sense to me.

Unfortunately you had gone offline by the time I was ready to pull and speak with you, I apologize.

Your ban is the product of a variety of clips and pieces of evidence shared with me by the TM, in conjunction with your extensive history of notes, including 4 bans. 

No active threat is made to you in the duration of your interaction with the TM. As can be seen in the linked clip, you did not pull your weapon until you had seen the TM begin to holster his, at which point you shoot him. - https://outplayed.tv/garrys-mod/mEjMDJ

The TM had known you by name and had also made complaints of harassment and potential metagame via referencing his IC name in an IC channel, on a character you do not have his f3.

Overall, the clear cut RDM with a serious history of notes is what has landed you with a 10 day ban, which seems more than generous looking at your overall record, and history of short bans despite it.

In the 2nd clip if you see in the corner he had my name as well, there was no meta game I had his name, he had mine. 

I was not the driver of that car I was just sitting in the car, only thing I said is his name, I did not try to bait him for him to try to kill me so I could kill him. 

Driving in a building is not harassing that makes no sense, I drove in, he pointed a gun at me, gave me warnings to get out and  continued to give me warnings even when I was walking. 

even if he put his gun away he was still a threat, he was threating me with a gun, I had the right to shoot at him.
