I like the mansion but seeing the old suburban neighborhood street wit the townhouses and the little noises of crickets and shit in the burbs was such a vibe and I really wish I didn’t miss that era cause it seemed so nice and it was nice to see the dynamic of having it juxtapose other parts of the City.

The other car dealer is literally like 100 feet away around tunnel, if anything add one over by the theater on the far side of the map. Shit even the docks would make a perfect spot for like one car spawner

True but you gotta walk through the tunnels which is mug/vdm central. And even if it is close to the other one, it's definitely better than having a useless mansion
