Force casino to be staffed

Everytime I enter the casino there is no staff there. I want free drinks, comps, help with the games, security. Seems like a major missed roleplay opportunity. Should give the casino to a faction that’s more active and will actually use it.

I think factions need to have their casinos on their properties. Having your casino in the NPC casino is cringe. I feel it should also be illegal for the casinos to be open without an operator. We did it with gun ranges why should casinos be different?

I actually really like the idea of casinos only being able to be used when they are staffed, the big NPC casino is kind of cringe, nothing like a real casino, no other people, no ability to order food, no entertainment; it'd be really quite nice to add to the RP if this was some sort of rule or mechanic, especially seeing as gambling was one of the larger money sources of the IRL mob.

At the very least, have it at your properties. Kind of dumb that you are restricted to two properties, but you are allowed to have one of your rackets in another building. If you dont have room for no reason to have it. Plenty of other factions that would love to have a casino racket in their property.
