Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I haven’t violated any rules for the server and the admin who banned me, didn’t even talk to me and tell me if I did a mistake he just straight up banned me with no hesitation. In the clip that I will share it shows that I haven’t rdm bait or anything or did player offense at all. In addition, if I would rdm bait or rdm I wouldn’t clip a clip that I know I have broken the rule with. Respectfully I haven’t violated any server rule or engage in any behavior that would justify a ban towards me.

as the clip shows he attacked me with his gun first and I defended my self so I don’t know how I violated ‘rdm’ rule.

Hello! Banning admin here.

First, you did commit RDM. I personally went light with it and only gave you an over arching one when you in fact shot several people not involved at all. Shown in your own clip you shoot multiple bystanders who didn't even have weapons out on safety! Much less were an active threat to you. Escalation rules from the killing rules always apply.  This second POV shows it even clearer. They had just left the building, were trying to leave, and you just shot them. Here.

Second, the RDM bait. You already have multiple POs for it. I would hope you know the rules around it better. You were being purposely antagonistic to evoke the reaction you got. They gave you countless chances to leave their property which you took as an invitation to escalate. This is again proven by your own clip. You know you are purposefully pissing them off, and you begin to hover your gun before anyone gets physical with you. The second they give you a reason to shoot you begin shooting well, everyone, even those not involved. This is your fifth offense for RDM bait. I hope you take this time to actually read the rules this time.

Finally, staff are not required to pull you. I was given the clip which was clear RDM. Upon investigating your notes I saw you already had an extensive history for the exact same offense. Me pulling you achieved nothing other than hearing you give the same excuse you give here.

I genuinely hope you take this time to reflect and return. Come back to us as someone who actually wants to RP and contribute to our community. Not be purposely antagonistic to cause shoot outs as people are trying to leave events.

Buddy it literally shows that they have trapped me in a circle what do you expect me to do? Beg for them to leave me alone and they were the ones who came to me as a back for the girl and how was that an rdm bait while I didn’t have any gun out and they were the ones who attacked me first. And even if I had recent notes does it mean I do it everytime I hop on the server? I have played the server for almost 2 years ofc I will have notes, anyone does a mistake in his life I’m not a pure angel. Literally would do anything but don’t admit that you did a mistake.

Hey, I will be denying this appeal. Your mic here is set way too loud and distorted. You give a clip where you can't or barely can hear what other people are saying, you come off as the transgressor on their property, on a civ and is cut to a point where you don't see the start and your very quick to jump out and shoot. Further, there is a cop right there, you show complete disregard for and attempt to shoot over them to try to get a few more kills in ( as others are putting there guns away ). While technically correct in escalation, you seem to be baiting here.
