I mean the main reason why gov cant go against factions is we dont have a main char rule for gov only, rightfully so, but it creates situations where gov is used as a tool by factions to fight their conflicts against other factions they disslike, its not really possible to give the gov more power without factions using it to attack each other its inevitable 1 Link to comment

Having flags to order drugs that are able to be handed out via a UI only people with the capo flag have access to would be INCREDIBLE. Would also do NUMBERS for preventing racket abuse. Yeah I agree as long as it's not a role only given to the Faction leader. Allow this to be managed by the Capo role(like the in game perm role) just like giving out the recruiting role should be.
