it be pretty cool to have designated walls or surfaces where you can use spray paint. have hardware vendor sell spray paint. when you go to spray paint in a location you can draw, but you have a limited amount of ink, so you can only draw or spray paint so much. To prevent griefing put a cooldown for certain locations or if theyre attempting to spray paint too fast. 

Just a rough idea, kinda wrote it on a whim. Yeah, if more comes to mind Ill update.

Cool Idea, yea obviously certain symbols are gonna be used for minging purposes but if it's limited to certain spots then I have no problem with it personally. +1

I 100% agree, thats why I think having dedicated surfaces and areas limited would help at least stop people from attempting to spray paint say trattoria's windows.

I think it could liven up the city, the wall where WC used to be is a huge blank canvas. Areas in the ghetto, I mean I know people would lose their marbles if they found out they could spray paint whatever in the ghetto area, there was once a time when we could use ropes.
