Add another car spawner on other side of map.

Only having one space to spawn cars from on ONE side of town is repetitive, now i understand not adding a whole new car lot with npc but just one space more around maybe the dock or police station would make life better and make the new additions to cars feel more impactful too as people have incentives to grab a car instead of just running if they had a spawner closer to them than all the way by the casino.

what if instead fac's with auto repair shop businesses could have the ability to own/lease vehicle spawner pads from the city? (provided they have the space for one)
you would have to pay to take vehicles out/put them away instead of being free (maybe like ~$500-1k or sumn, idk). money goes right to the business and could be taxed thru the city as normal during tax season or a regular flat separate rate for those who opt into owning one

I like this but having a spawner in little italy doesnt do much, im more bitching about being towards the hospital or by china town its annoying to get cars

i totally agree
id like to think it might inspire someone to make another repair shop at somewhere like 7-12, the jewel shop in china town or anywhere really that has the real estate
thats just me being optimistic though lol
