Suspected Informant.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
The reason that I will start off with talking about is how it got to the point of where the PK was decided upon by higher management within the Cassano's. On 10/4/89 a training took place at the construction yard for enforcers. During this training police had "heard gunshots" and came and arrested 6 Cassano family members including myself, only one member was let go scott free and that was not me. This was the first reason that the Cassano's currently bring up as a reason for which I was a rat which the police in the situation can verify I was never giving information. The officer during the arrest of note would be Detective Matteo Smith which was the one that had started the arrest of all of us. Keep in mind I also got arrested in this situation and got my prints taken from this. The next reason that the cassanos bring up of why I was pked was that I was suspected to be giving insider knowledge to the SOS which I was not, this is verified by the hc of SOS and also video evidence which I have that include the SOS high command telling the Cassonos DIRECTLY that I had not provided any secrets to the SOS. After that day on 10/5 I was told to get on where I was killed on these grounds without any hard evidence ever being proven to the family and this goes on to prove that I did not violate anything that would constitute a pk according to the family member Pk guidelines.

 

I also will update this I was Pk baited to get into the city

Using OOC means of communication to perform a PK will invalidate it / the evidence for a PK.

Hello, I’m the person who wrote the orders here. I’m sorry you feel your PK was unjust, and I’m here to provide some insight from our side about the decision.

We felt there was reasonable suspicion that you were collaborating with the police. The same day you mentioned you had a large drug deal lined up, the person you were supposed to meet was arrested just before the deal. Then, with the construction yard incident, it all started to feel a bit too coincidental.

On top of that, there had been some odd questions you asked after other members of the faction were PKed. Altogether, it seemed very suspicious to us and raised serious concerns — which is why we ultimately decided to order your death.

Hello. I am the supposed deal that was lined up and the info you gave on this supposed deal is incorrect. We didn’t have anything lined up with Tony that day, but in fact “Ciggy” the one guy in the group that just so happened to have his charges dropped. The last “deal” I had with Tony would have been close to 2 weeks ago which was also with Ciggy. Not sure why the group strongly believes Tony was an informant when I myself had a sit down with Priest and my president with both of us telling Priest that nothing indicates Tony being an informant, and that Tony has never once leaked information to my group. If you’d like to see clips of the sit down discussion about Tony I’m more than happy to show the nearly 10 minute discussion.

No part of his pk was about him leaking information to your group idk why yall are so strung up on this narrative. Tony told priest that the deal was his, Tony was also at the construction yard when a bunch of people got arrested that same day and there had just been random questions that he had asked that at the time we took a blind eye to but when concerns got raised later on it all felt like too many red flags so we did what we felt best. it just be like that some times

I’m a little bit confused as in this screenshot you state that “I am the supposed deal that was lined up” yet the ss between you and ciggy show you say “hold on my boy got arrested”. Clearly from this it shows that your boy who got arrested is the one we are talking about in regards to the Tony vindaloo deal, I was a part of the sit down with priest and you and you never stated once the deal was with yourself but explained one of your guys got arrested. Vindaloo was questioned in regards to doing a deal and the timing and story matched up to that of your boy being arrested the day of setting up a deal so we had reasonable suspicion backed by both our thoughts initially and your story during the sit.

I am the individual that was mentioned in this reply, while yes I was arrested I did not have a deal or any dealings with Vindaloo the whole time I have known him, which is brief. The arrest and prosecution has absolutely nothing to do with Vindaloo, furthermore he was the one to defend me on his secondary character, if he was involved in my arrest it would be absolutely unallowed for him to do this.

 

Also as a matter of fact, his secondary lawyer character has defended our faction more than a few times, if he was a rat or a snitch it would be impossible for him to do any of this as our dealings with the police are quite hectic. I am of the personal opinion that everybody supporting this PK is looking at mere coincidences rather than concrete evidence of anything.

Hey so like this information is just ooc and doesn’t matter regarding the pk. IC his name was involved in shit, he told us IC it was his deal , IC he asked retarded questions, IC he was at construction, IC homie got whacked based off potentially being a rat which is allowed per PK guidelines. When you join a criminal faction you accept the risks that come with it
