Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
The reason that I will start off with talking about is how it got to the point of where the PK was decided upon by higher management within the Cassano's. On 10/4/89 a training took place at the construction yard for enforcers. During this training police had "heard gunshots" and came and arrested 6 Cassano family members including myself, only one member was let go scott free and that was not me. This was the first reason that the Cassano's currently bring up as a reason for which I was a rat which the police in the situation can verify I was never giving information. The officer during the arrest of note would be Detective Matteo Smith which was the one that had started the arrest of all of us. Keep in mind I also got arrested in this situation and got my prints taken from this. The next reason that the cassanos bring up of why I was pked was that I was suspected to be giving insider knowledge to the SOS which I was not, this is verified by the hc of SOS and also video evidence which I have that include the SOS high command telling the Cassonos DIRECTLY that I had not provided any secrets to the SOS. After that day on 10/5 I was told to get on where I was killed on these grounds without any hard evidence ever being proven to the family and this goes on to prove that I did not violate anything that would constitute a pk according to the family member Pk guidelines.

 

I also will update this I was Pk baited to get into the city

Using OOC means of communication to perform a PK will invalidate it / the evidence for a PK.

Hello, I’m the person who wrote the orders here. I’m sorry you feel your PK was unjust, and I’m here to provide some insight from our side about the decision.

We felt there was reasonable suspicion that you were collaborating with the police. The same day you mentioned you had a large drug deal lined up, the person you were supposed to meet was arrested just before the deal. Then, with the construction yard incident, it all started to feel a bit too coincidental.

On top of that, there had been some odd questions you asked after other members of the faction were PKed. Altogether, it seemed very suspicious to us and raised serious concerns — which is why we ultimately decided to order your death.
