Why should you be PK'd?: Guys, I don't really know. For reasons of time, I'm not often a guest on this server. So I just took my character and walked around in an Italian district, and after that I got shot. For what? I don't know, because I'm writing this topic to get an answer to my question. I'm feeling dump yourself, seriously.

Hello! I am the staff member who did your pk! It seems there was a little trouble with communication when it came to the sit you made after the pk. The reason why you were pk'd was due to essentially "ghosting" the family and not paying kick-ups. You were still on the Bonanno whitelist while walking around the city and still interacting with people, you cannot simply be a "regular italian dude just hanging around" when on a Faction White-list. I do understand you had been first whitelisted a while back and that would be fine if you just un-whitelisted but you had interacted with the factions gun racket while still on the faction.

1) My character was an ordinary civilian. Six months ago, when I was playing on the project, he started hanging around the faction's butcher shop and subsequently joined. As a butcher shop worker. I phisically cant play a whole time, because im living across the ocean and have a trouble with time zone.

2) Again, when I returned to the project... I didn't know; I was still not even privy to the organization. I wasn't a soldier, not even a partner. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO PAY MY DUE TO.

This is simply absurd: a local resident with no ties to organized crime doesn't know his soldier or anyone else. He has to pay someone.

3) When I tried to get a Discord account in Bonnavetti or elsewhere, or at least make acquaintances (obviously), they tried to dodge the question: "What's your name?"

4) What the "gun rackerting"? I dont was a whole half of year right here. How? My ghost or maybe "doppelgänger"? 

So I'm writing an appeal asking for my character to be unblocked and allowed to continue playing.

Hey there, 

1. and 4. : So while you may have been hired as just a butcher. You talked to the guy outback and ordered a shipment of guns for yourself. When we check this, we see if you had ordered any drugs or weapons from their racket. You can't secretly order from their racket and in this case you have and recently. If you hadn't this would be an easy accept. ( You would have been considered an entry level employee, without intimate knowledge. )

 

2. and 3. : You should have taken the fact, that the people who managed and worked at said establishment were trying to get your name, to bring you back into the fold. ( think of how you were hired. ) Many times, people take time away and need to be reintroduced. This does not however, give you total impunity in roleplay terms AND you were back for days on their whitelist.

Hey, as stated prior by 4Lights you participated in the factions unique racket, that being the key difference between a pk and a unwhitelist. As for the ghosting if you ignored their questions that could have led to this issue being fixed and had not reached out and applied yourself to work with them. instead you continued to be a ghost, the blame for that falls on you. due to the reasons stated above this pk appeal will be denied.
