Reason for PK: Left a faction over 2 weeks ago and was still shot for doing my own thing

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was shot on the street no rp or anything viable to clarify what was happening just shot. Was minding my own business and trying to get a hustle back. Was also shot in front of witnesses.

Whoops had the wrong guy in mind. 

Hello you were pk'd due to leaving the faction, It had not been 2 weeks since you had left the faction, you had left on the 23rd of last month and 2 weeks would've been completed on the 7th of this month. You did have knowledge of the factions doings, drug racket, etc... but unfortunately since you did not meet the 2 week time frame you were eligible for being PK'd. Usually PK's dont really have much interaction player wise since its a hit with a lot of risk for the other party being wacked as well, which is why it was kinda a surprise for you when you died. Sorry for the loss of your character.

Hello! I am the staff member who did your pk! As I explained in the sit, while helping someone who has a felony by opening fire on cops does not make you "Immune" from being PK'd. This can be explicitly seen in Confrontation with Police  "If an Officer shoots your faction member/friend, while it may be within server rules for you to defend them if you choose to do so and are killed you are still PK'ed. It's an in character choice and consequence you risk when deciding to engage police."  I greatly encourage you to further explore the rules, cause while you may not know something at the time you did it and get punished from it, it does not exclude you from the consequences. Im sorry for the death of your character.
