Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to help be a part of the betterment of the server's roleplay through staffing, whether that be helping people with general queries or dealing with rule breakers. Additionally, I am GMT timezone which is often light when it comes to staff, I hope that I would be able to help with this issue providing a staff member at times where there may be few or none. Finally, I want to be a staff member that is approachable from anyone in the community who can be contacted for any queries about the server.  *

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel like I should be selected over other candidates because I have prior staffing experience with a heavy focus on Nutscript which would allow for fluidity when it comes to the understanding of commands and other things that come with staffing on diverge. I believe that with this previous experience, I was able to maintain a professional staffing image when it came to both sits and general roleplay standards when I was not on my staff characters, I hope to translate this key skill to Diverge if I am successful in applying. Moreover, I think my timezone is another strong suit when it comes to my application for staff, I will be able to provide support to players in a time which is often overlooked due to the lack of EU staff. Finally, I want to go into staffing on Diverge with no bias, something that I think is often ignored when it comes to certain staff members, I want to treat all players equally regardless of alliance or faction. *

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I was banned once prior for metagaming, a joke was taken out of context in a group chat which resulted in my ban. Despite feeling that this was unjust, I acknowledge that I was wrong in saying what I said and have learnt from my mistake.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I don't think I am too well known in all honesty, I believe I am well known within my alliance and with this recognition I believe that I would have a good reputation with those that do know me. I do troll a bit in diverge general which could affect my reputation however I do this with no ill intent but with only humour that some may not get as they are often inside jokes with select members of the community.   *

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I enjoyed a lot of the Callaghan Clan roleplay, they offered a decently fresh sense of roleplay, they had a great amount of roleplay that went into each scenario whether it was their bar or their making ceremony however  i enjoyed my first hit which took place on the barge.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation and ask another staff member to bring me to a sit, this is due to the fact that I wouldn't want to take my own ticket. I would provide the staff member the clip and let them deal with it by their judgement.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip each instance, gather the evidence and provide it to UA by making a staff report listing each infraction.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would attempt to not take the ticket if it was a friend / faction member because I think no matter the verdict, some bias would be accused - my hope would be that another staff takes the ticket however if unable I would take the ticket and proceed with no bias, ensuring that I treat both parties as if they were people I had no connection with.
