Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  As the server currently stands, the roleplay is in the trashcan. I am applying to be an absolute dick about the rules and RP. As of now people run around abusing cars, talking ooc, minging, etc all facing little to no punishment. As a staff member I am going to be an ass and a minority of people are going to hate my type of enforcement. I was not a very good staff member the first go around as my intentions werent in the right place.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I have tons of experience on diverge networks, at this point I believe I have experienced almost every sort of roleplay you can have the server. Beyond the experience I have a good understanding of the rules. I think the server can be a lot better and I will dedicate myself to reaching that goal. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I was a moderator a while ago also various other gmod servers.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I was banned for a day for NITRP and Mass VDM myself and my friend were running ppl over and putting them in the trunk of our car taking them on joyrides. We did not kill anyone it was just pretty low quality rp.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  Yes, id say I'm pretty well liked within the community depending on who you are talking to. 
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Back when I was a senior associate my Don forced one of our made guys to kill his IC wife for betraying the family. Being involved in that hit was insane the emotions were definitely high and when the job was done the face-off between the guy and the don was crazy.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Since I saw it in character I wont take the sit. But I will clip and send it in staff chat.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Build a case file and hand it over to UA.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I try not to take the ticket if I have to take the ticket I will act non bias.

Dude I think this guy sounds great for staff and everything and I think he’s totally right on what needs to be cracked down on bro but I really think him talking about what needs to be cracked down on kills the whole fucking vibe bro I just can’t endorse this bro literally 1984 bro can I even bend over to tie my shoes anymore with this guy as staff!? Please, someone prevent this; he will be too good at staff and help with the issues the server is currently facing which we do not need right now.

I can agree with a guy without thinking they'd be a good staff member

I think he sounds objectively bad for staff considering the whole 'I want to be a dick to people' powertrip

It isn’t “I want to be a dick” enforcing people to stay in character is the right thing for the server. There is way too much minging and openly talking oocly. Everyone talks about everyone’s alliances openly, cops shout out faction names and their HC members. All cops do is get cop baited from everyone and can’t really do any decent police work.
