In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. 
In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc.
At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. By the mid-1980s, Dublin was on edge. You could feel it in the air—the city was changing, the streets harder, more desperate. Christy Kinahan wasn’t a stranger to those streets. Raised in the rougher parts of Dublin, Christy wasn’t born into anything but struggle. He’d seen the kind of life most people couldn’t imagine. But it was a life that shaped him. A life where the only way out was to get your hands dirty and never look back. At first, it was small. Christy wasn’t from some big crime family—he was just a man with an eye for an opportunity. When the drugs started hitting Dublin in the '80s, he wasn’t one to shy away from the chance. Hashish, cocaine—it wasn’t glamorous, but it paid. And by ‘86, Christy was already working his way through the supply lines, moving product quietly but steadily. He didn’t need the spotlight. In fact, he avoided it. Christy knew how to keep his head down while other guys were out there making noise. He worked with the old-timers in the city—dock workers, shady business owners, the kinds of people who knew how to get things done under the radar. But by 1989, Christy wasn’t just sticking to Dublin anymore. He’d started making connections outside the city, talking to people who could help him spread his reach. He wasn’t just about the street trade anymore. The Kinahans were starting to grow, quietly, strategically. Money started moving through other businesses—construction firms, bars, shipping docks. It wasn’t the kind of work anyone would ever boast about, but it was the kind that kept the empire alive, building piece by piece. The real shift came when Christy took it international. The early ‘89s were when the game changed. Christy made his move with European and South American cartels, controlling the cocaine flow into Europe.

Although we understand the pessimism surrounding any new faction trying to secure a foothold—especially considering the eventual collapse of previous Irish factions—we wish to state that our high command has played on this server for many years, run multiple factions, and is completely dedicated to the idea of bringing the Irish back to the city. We believe this is demonstrated by our activity running legal businesses, such as our food truck, and our consistent role-playing throughout the city over the past month.

As for concerns that we will change our leadership, name, or nationality within three months, that will not happen. We understand that running a faction is hard work and that most fail, but if it fails, it fails. We are dedicated and will do our utmost to avoid that outcome. Rest assured, we are Irish through and through, with our primary Don being an Irishman living in Scotland himself.

I hope this has made you slightly more optimistic, as well as anyone else reading this application. Apologies for the long reply.

I would say after the past 2 Irish factions we shouldn't let another one in... HOWEVER... these guys have taken the time to establish themselves in game with their food trucks gaining recognition and what I think is the proper build up in the server needed to capitalize and officially set up as a faction. +1
