Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * I've been on the server for almost 2 years now and I want to give staffing a second shot months after resigning + some of these staff members tend to be a bit biased and unknowledgeable . After spending 200hrs on my new character I've hit a point where all I do is larp 24/7. Since I have free time now other than just larping I'd like to become a staff member again & help out the team. 
 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I have previous staffing experience on Diverge, I can take a unbiased approach against any tickets regardless if its a friend or a completely random white shirt, I don't jump to a side even if it seems obvious. I'm active almost everyday but I do play other games. I seriously want to make this server more fun for new players and not have people shooting them for 0 reason just to ruin someone's fun for some laughs.
 

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Diverge Networks, Mod 1 month. Darkspire Networks, Senior Mod 4 Months (Shutdown) Atomic Networks, Moderator (Don't remember how long tbh its been forever)
 

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Never been banned, just notes.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * Not exactly sure but I do sell a lot of suits, besides that I don't really know what I'd be known for.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd attempt to have another staff member take the ticket but if no ticket was made and nobody was upset about it, I'd just mind my own business since no harm was done.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would collect evidence of that staff member abusing then open a report on that member for abuse without directly confronting them. (If your abusing your staff powers on a mafia rp server that's kind of insane...)
 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:  Before everything, id hear both side's of the story then continue onto the evidence (logs, clips etc) just because someone doesn't break rules when I'm around doesn't mean they won't break rules when I'm not around. Once I review the evidence I would take appropriate action on the friend depending on if the evidence is lacking or not. Regardless of which I will treat friends/allies the same as other people when it comes to reports & tickets.

I literally made a ticket after getting called and was told it was allegedly "Enzo Rana-Romano" by a staff member.

If they were wrong it's not my fault it was literally what I was told, I don't have physic abilities.

not a lot of effort on the app you got like one sentence answers, kinda seems like he doesnt care about staff that much. i swear you've made like 3 staff apps in the past 3 months and they've all been accepted, just for you to leave after a week. u gotta learn to commit to something.

I literally got 1 accepted and resigned due to the server getting dry & irl issues.
The second one I was never able to open a ticket for due to MORE irl things.

Low effort is actually braindead, i'm committed to my REAL LIFE over my diverge staff experience but il make sure to commit to diverge 15hrs a day
