I feel that some of the things i was banned for have valid reasons as to why i did what i did

Im not really asking to be unbanned just a shorter ban like 1-2 days because the ARDM in a sit is ridiculous especially when i have a clip of the other person in the sit shooting me first. Secondly i had no intent to kill anyone at all i was shooting at my friend as a joke which he had no problem with and then all of a sudden the 3 people i killed plus more started firing shots at me.

Hello, banning staff. 

You went across the rooftop ontop of the gambino apartments and fired and killed someone and injured two others. After I took the sit, I spectated you and saw you ontop of city hall, attempting to shoot a random person across the street. At this point I pulled you away for visible rule break. When I brought you into the sit, you immediately started to lie about what occurred and gave an antagonistic attitude towards me and the situation. Saying essentially, that you did nothing and outright lied about it. When I gave a clip and said I personally witnessed you atop of cityhall. You said you didn't care and tried to bait the other people in the sit.

At this point you started an argument, where one of them drew a gun, then put it away. I didn't see that they fired. Keep in mind there was 3 other people who were involved, all against you. I attempted to deescalate things, albeit inappropriate behavior from them. Around 30 seconds after you said something like, 'fuck this' and pointed your gun and shot me and the other people in the sit room. At which point I phys gunned you and banned you. At no point giving an attitude that you cared whatsoever.

EDIT: Also wanted to point out, you claim you shot 'at my friend as a joke'  while everyone involved was clearly not your friends and all made tickets against you.

You joined the server 24 days ago. You have amassed 3 Bans before this one totaling ( 4 Days, 12 Hours ). You have 5 notes and given that blatancy and disregard, I deemed a 7 day ban appropriate.

You say I had no friends in the crowd when the dude in the blue suit aka (jonny doe) was the friend I had in the crowd and you can literally ask him, and it’s pretty obvious I was only shooting him as in the clip you showed it shows me shooting him and nobody else, yes I did kill other people but that was after the fact they shot at me and in the sit you said I gave you an “antagonistic attitude” when I barely said anything cause yall were talking over me and didn’t let me speak. Idk where your tryna get at with this but I promise you everything your saying is strictly bullshit.

If you actually had a Brain and read the appeal you’d understand that I had no intent to kill anyone until they shot at me, cause like I said I was shooting at my FRIEND which he had no problem with it’s not my fault those dickheads shot me and ntm I do have serious rp accounts that I use all the time

Hello! So, first we understand that accidents happen but you must also understand that your actions have consequences. In this situation, your actions, attempting to kill your “friend” from the rooftops and then you hitting others is still RDM and truthfully attempted MRDM. You both admit to these shootings and were directly witnessed attempting to do it again.

 

With that being said, given your past offenses and your complete disregard for the rules of our server, this ban will be upheld as is. I genuinely hope you come back to us with greater respect for our server and our community!
