Reason for PK: i was just chilling onthe rootops of little italy doing vigilante and then i saw the police car i wanted to point out to everyonein the place that there was a vigilante for a sign of hope and justice who fights against evil in southside some stuf like that... so the only way i was thinking about to warn was shoot the car (that was a bullshit) but i didn't realize that there was a officer inside and then another one saw me and started shooting at me

Why should you be unPk'd? i don't know how he hit me in the head because i missed him and i was covered, does his bullets from matrix or something or Wanted?? now i don't have any clip which it explains unless there's a witness, i want to apologize the cop that i accidentally killed and i really need to get my character back cause i need to protect little israel and the jewish i really really have to do that and Terry (someone who works there) need to talk to me and probably benny or kurt cash's granddaughter has a weeding and i really need to protect them.

can i at least have a last chance to get my character back and i promise that this will never happen again.

Hello, I am the staff member that did your PK! 
Unfortunately, Vigilante rp is not a form of rp we allow on the server. Additionally, while you were on the rooftop you watched as the officer approached the spot while reloading your gun before shooting him. That shot did make the pk valid for violent confrontation with police as other officers responded to your hostile act, which is why you were shot and killed despite backing away from the ledge.  My clip of your PK.

understand, but this time I'm going to protect my faction, Little Israel. No more vigilante actions. It might sound ridiculous, but my PC crashed when he shot me, and I died. I want to clarify that I only intended to shoot at the car, not the officer. I don’t think it was necessary to kPK me; they could have tased me and arrested me instead. Can I please have one last chance? There’s always a chance for redemption. I promise I won’t act as a vigilante again, and I’m willing to make that deal.

there's always a last chance i wont do the vigilante again i promise and yeah it's a deal

 

This is a forum where you can appeal your PK if you feel it was unfair, unfortunately you opened fired first on a cop which gave the cop every right to PK you. It is not where you beg to get unPK’d.

However, I was unaware that there was a police officer inside the vehicle. My intention was solely to aim at the car, not to target the officer directly. I believe that distinction makes a significant difference.

Hello! 

So, first let me be sure to clarify something again. We do not and will not support vigilante RP. We have stated this many times but, again, vigilante RP is not a thing. You can’t sit on a roof and punish those you see fit. You can’t assist cops in PKing people fleeing from them. You’re not Batman, you’re a criminal. 

Second, while you may argue you didn’t know the cop was in there, that doesn’t matter. You actively chose to target and shoot a marked police car. When you did that and you hit an officer, you began the violent confrontation with police. Which ended in your death as officers on the other side of the street clearly saw you and quickly dispatched you.

I wish you the best in your endeavors on future characters, but I highly suggest you stop the vigilante RP before it becomes a larger issue.
