Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 

There are other instances where killing someone during a mugging will not result in a PK.
- Such as not giving the person reasonable time to react to your demands

 

1. Likewise you may only make realistic demands, this means you can’t demand something unrealistic that the victim cannot deliver in order to kill them. Give them a realistic amount of time to comply. Don't order them to do something then shoot them < 5 seconds later, they barely have time to comply.

I had no clue the guy was even mugging me until I got into the car. He says don't get into the car after I'm already in the car and kills me as soon as he warns me as you can see in the clip. I had no time at all to react. He is also camping at my car which is considered "target mugging"

I was informed his character "Thomas Matthews" was mass mugging and was punished for it. It was a mug alt he created

The guy watched me exit my car to grab packages, camped by my car waiting for me to enter, then he tries to instant mug in a yellow zone yelling commands that I have no time to react to

The Blue circled area is the spot I was PK'd as well. It's not in the red

Hi, in the clip provided he makes it very clear and very known that you are being mugged, and you decide to get in your car and drive off, resisting his orders at gun point entirely, breaking fear rp, giving him grounds to pk you.

He announces his presence and intentions before he even unlocks the car, and ignores them and drives off. This is breaking fear rp when you directly disobey an order or try to flee while under gunpoint.

I can promise you I had no clue that I was the one being mugged or that he was going to kill me until I was in the car. I needed more time. He says it as I'm entering the car. He is also camping my car waiting for me which is clearly targeted mugging.

you do realize the bar takes a second to unlock the car? and everyone i know clicks unlock and enter at same time basically. this was a horrible mug attempt in general.

This is the point in the video he states, "stand still, don't get in the car, if you get in the car I will shoot you". He is clearly making demands that already happened.

And yes, he clearly says "Im mugging you" when the sound of it unlocking was completed. I pressed unlock and entered before he said "Im mugging you"

Right so we're in agreeance he clearly states his intentions and you clearly drive off while he has a gun pointed to you.

You had time to react to his demands and you chose to drive off instead of remain still. I am not going to respond any further as its going in a circle, and will let higher ups cast judgement.

It also makes absolutely no sense to say "if you get into the car im gonna shoot you" when someone is already in the car

Dude why are you just a lying liar face i left the ghetto and saw ur car i never watched you leave it i never saw shipments or anything else. Image is of first time i saw ur car was me  leaving ghetto then i walk upto the barrel then the events of the clip happen

This is the moment he tries to initiate the mug. He doesn't even have me at gun point or under fear. I don't consider being 15 feet away from a person to be considered at gun point and under fear. Completely in a yellow zone btw
