What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Diverge was the first serious RP server I joined and fell in love with it ended up having to take a break for a bit due to college. I've been back for about 3-4 months now and really love engaging in the RP and making others laugh and have a good time. That being said I want to do more within in the community and help out with anything the community needs. Especially after Making more friends and seeing other ones from the past. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * After 4 years being around the city and in the forums. I feel I understand the mechanics of the roleplay and rules and can use that to apply into staffing along with what I can learn. Very adaptable and willing to take on new challenges and being able to manage myself under stressful situations and keep it calm and collected and strive to grow and excell. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say since coming back I've established many new friendships from various people in the city along with few people that have been around a long time. I try to establish myself as an easy-going guy all around someone you can come to and when someone needs help I don't blink twice. I hope they enjoy the RP I bring and would hope they have good things to say about me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: When I decided to make an Indian character and went around the city with an accent making lots of the server laugh with my Baljeet char and got mugged in an alleyway and being saved by an acquaintance then becoming friends and bar hopping with my new friends ending up doing karaoke for an hour with the bar packed and lights going off like a 1980's disco party then people came crashing the party and getting removed by the security my friends then had to wheelchair me back due to being intoxicated. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Shadow ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was off-duty I would then go on the staff char. If a ticket was made, I would Bring the Player to the skybox and ask for video evidence of the occurrence happening and review it. If the video provides Rdm proof, I would then bring the player that committed the Rdm Check to see if he has prior notes/warnings. If No notes I would verbally explain the situation and warn the player if he it's an ongoing occurrence then would use the proper punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Clip what was happening and bring it to the attention of a high up staff member. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there was no other staff available in the city I would Punish them as I would anyone else Break the rules there is punishment to be had. if there was proof of the person I know doing the rule breaking they would get the same treatment as anybody else. 1 Link to comment
