Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i apologize there were some people making cs callouts and i tried to make a joke with my car that it was the bomb and gently tapped them with it.

Hello, I banned you because you backed into a crowd of people. Pretty cut and clear VDM. Even if this was a joke, it's still against the rules, and not your first time being spoken with by staff about VDMing people.

Hey ban will expire soon, you could argue accidental, but it does seem fairly intentional. You have notes and bans for minging/nitrp, avdm and NLR. So it's likely this was interpreted as you continuing to minge and you were punished more harshly. You have only been in the server since march, if you continue to amass a record you will be punished more and more harshly.
