Reason for ban: VDM + Failmug

Length of ban: 4 days 

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Can we reduce the ban to two days atleast i really have something big on saturday to do with my faction and i wont be able to do it man. i didnt mean to vdm and break the rules well i vdmed because he was yapping and shouting too much ( i know its not a reason) well I didn’t tend to kill him I just wanted to go away from him. But the mug i thought i was in the red area for mug but i was near it and nobody was near me and plus i tried to take his clothes off so nobody recognize him i mean his suit is cheap why would i want it. And i have been playing for 1 year and a half and 4 days ban for 2 mistakes without a note down is too much. So hopefully you understand where im getting from. My apologies for breaking the server rules I admit I did a vdm but I wasn’t willing to kill that person + the person didn’t report me. It was an admin who spectated my friend who was new to the server and I got into trouble bc he was spectating my friend while I was with him. It won’t happen again I promise . And I even had the guy who was getting mug away from any people and npc so I wouldn’t do a fail mug. But still called out for it.

Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned in my opinion because the staff himself didn’t give me a warning or a note down he just straight up cam and said you are getting banned like im some minge or something.

I have also included the map of where I can mug and stuff like that I was literally 2meters away from the red line and I thought I was in it or atleast very close to it.

sooo heres one of  the issues bud. fail mug, you hit him causing damage while he was complaint. so if he were to  fight back he wouldnt be pked under fear rp. but if you die you  would. and from im seeing you missundertsood the map a bit (and honestly that understandable).  you should have brought him  to a red zone since he was in a yellow one. and also, and not to forget you said you were gonna take everything from his bank. i know  you have the rules on you and not read them, BUT THATS NEVER ALLOWED, you are forcing him to a ooc game mechanic too. Not a  mod but these are the rules that i know of. and looks like your retard  brought you into it hard so i can understand why your punishment should be a bit less. but you still should be punished

and saying this a metagame and the people who where talking aren’t even near me at that time and we where in the faction discord buddy get your facts right and the guy that was saying we are going to the bank wasn’t me and the guy that punched him wasn’t me

Alright banning admin here, so heres my side and what happened. I got a report about your friend like 20 mins earlier so I had been watching him on and off when this whole situation happened. your clip shows the situation pretty well and is about the same length as mine, but if any higher staff wants to see it i can provide as it dose include the names for everyone nearby .

 

1- vdm- you see him there at the dealership while you drive and just kill him, that looked pretty intentional to me and you do admit that which is nice.

2-metagame- not included in the ban but your in a call the whole time, you can hear it in your clip. it dose not matter if you are "nearby" or in your "faction vc" using ooc communication while in char is metagame."Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation."

3-failmug-"You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. EXAMPLE: The victim is alone at night in the middle of an empty street. You initiate a mugging with your firearm and take them to an alleyway so no one stumbles upon the crime. You may not perform the mugging in the street, which is a public area.)"

             you rob him in the middle of the sidewalk the closest spot is maybe 100 ft away at the jump up past the fence, not sure what you mean by "I have also included the map of where I can mug and stuff like that I was literally 2meters away from the red line and I thought I was in it or at least very close to it." as you can see the road on the map and its overall pretty clear.

4- priors- rdm in sept rdm april 26 and "rdm ban on next" from Wednesday, aka the same day  a couple hours earlier. so i think this is more than fair and i object to having it shortened. why should you be exempt  due to faction activities, read the rules and learn from it.

even if it were to be extended due to the metagame i would say its justified.

so you openly admitted you were in a faction discord call together. ok buddy thats still meta game. we literally hear his voice when he was a block away and it didnt show his  name in game buddy. niggas get banned for being in the same vc in the faction during a pk . look at the meta game pk bans . great example

Okay we where in a vc I remember back then we used to chill 12 people in a vc and nobody said it was a metagame plus one we where only 3 people in the call one was smoking and joined from his phone and the other isn’t even with us like I wasn’t talking to him to help or something, the guy I was with in the mug wasn’t even in the call with us. And about the failmug you didn’t even gave me a min to drag him while I was saying I was making him undressed so his buddies doesn’t recognize him and get him inside the car but you immediately froze me you gave me like 10 sec.

As I said back then before one year or something like that I remember I was in a call with 12 people and nobody mentioned about metagame and I just came back from 1 week and a half and I will admit I won’t see if the rules where updated about this, as I thought it would be the same.

I respect your actions towards me, im not telling you to do your job right or wrong im just asking if we could reduce the ban from Sunday we make it Saturday as I have something at Saturday. And about the metagaming and voice call in the faction trust me if I knew it was metagaming I wouldn’t do release it. It won’t happen again I just checked the metagaming rule about it. I just want to reduce atleast from 4 days to 3 days because you banned me 4 days just like you banned the guy with me in that mug who was a minge so i feel I shouldn’t deserve the same punishment. I’m fine with the punishment but atleast less than him I’m not a minge like him.

you took his clothes off and had about 30 seconds after initiating the mugging in which all you guys did was take his clothes and your co mugger says hes gonna make him drop his money. you didht hold him at gunpoint with the intent of moving him you just mugged him there.

in total in your nearly two minute clip your group vdmed, failmuged and avdmed so im against any reduction.

I just came back from 2 or 1 week and a half my bad it won’t happen again I literally didn’t know about that as I said back then with my old factions we used to chill in the vc and nobody said anything. And the people with me in discord wasn’t even communicating with me I promise. And I respect your decision In not reducing the ban. Have a good day sir.
