Reason for PK: mug retaliation?

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

Unless this is a sanctioned wartime hit for capo+, then this thread is irrelevant as I am (was) Head Enforcer.

Otherwise, if my death was warranted for retaliation to my muggings during conflict, I think it breaches some rules.

“■ If you are attempting to order a retaliation hit against someone who mugged you, you must present the staff member with evidence as well as how you can identify that it is the correct person. (f3, nickname, etc)”

In all of my muggings during this conflict, I wore disguises, changed descriptions, wore skimasks and constantly had my cars repainted.

All but one victim had my F3 (Alma Gambino-Altoviti). HOWEVER, THIS MUG WAS INITIATED BEFORE ESCALATION STAGE 6 WAS OFFICIAL. THIS WAS BEFORE THE SIT DOWN LEADING TO IT. during that mugging she had no way realistically to recognize me besides seeing a name above my head. I wore a disguise totally different from what i usually wear, i was masked up, had glasses and didnt mutter a single word. If this is serious RP, I dont think you’d recognize someone you sold guns to months ago if they were wearing a thick black jacket, ski mask and so on, without saying a word.

On another hand, if the rule of retaliating against a mugger 30 minutes after the act was in play, this should be voided as this retaliation would have taken place over 48 hours after the mugging.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Date of Escalation 6 sitdown: 05-04-2025

Escalation 6: Level 6 escalation means the following:
- Continued target muggings are permitted; as well as retliations for muggings
- Possibility of some targeted hits against Capo's or higher
- Possibility of firebombing

AGAIN, for the senior admin who makes the final call, this mug did not occur during lvl 6 of escalation, therefore retaliation hit should be invalid, regardless of whether she had my identity or not. She did not retaliate within 30 minutes after the mugging, therefore it should be voided.

Hi, I was the staff member that authorized your pk, you may be identified by anyone with your f3, regardless of wearing a face cover, you spoke and it is therefore inferred that the person with your f3 knows your voice, given that they both had your f3 and you stole over 10k worth of items the individual did not have the typical 30 minute time limit to identify you. This had nothing to do with escalation.

I didnt speak in the clip at all. I didnt have a mic. I spoke before leaving the car with my partner by typing in chat, otherwise i never spoke. Look at the clip again

 

Wouldnt it be power game to “identify” a completely covered masked up person who didnt speak by a name above their head and by /me actions?

 

-She didnt kill me during the mug

-I had no way of giving my identity not even by speaking cuz i never typed or used my mic

-If its not escalation related, then the retaliation against targeted mugging isnt valid

-She did not catch me or warrant a hit 30 minutes after i mugged her

Hello! I'm the one who was in the clip- otherwise known as "Moon!" In your own clip you can see that Moon did see both of you approach! It was only after I was able to glance at both of you that you put a mask on!

As for your PK, I was in the city and saw that you were at an ATM I let someone know (Who was previously briefed on the day moon was mugged that it was you who mugged moon) and confirmed that you were the intended person and the rest was well... history!

Hey, so given the circumstances. You mugged someone who had your F3 doing over $10,000 damage to them. You are revealed several times and you take several photographs with your full name. The clips given, reasonably would identify you. The 30 minutes is only if they do not have their F3.

( 3 Guns value exceeding 10k were taken. )

■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions)

As this PK had nothing to do with escalation directly, you were simply identified and retaliated against for mugging by someone with your F3. I will be denying this appeal.
