Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *I have been a member in Diverge for awhile now, I've wanted to make this application multiple times, but just never thought it was the right time. As I spend more and more time in server, I have had incidents where staff is extremely tied up, or are AFK. I would personally like to help alleviate and help take some stress away from staff by applying myself, and helping in everyway possible. I am a great Team player, and work well with others, and am not a hard person to get along with myself. I feel as if I would be a great addition due to me being a Mature individual, none Biased person. I am also almost always available and on during High, and Low peak times, so I would be able to assist in almost any scenario.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *I am Mature, I am a great Team player, I am always available, I have a lot of time in Server, and have a Great understanding of Rules, even in weird odd situations. I believe I would help keep Diverge a good Roleplay environment. I am a very collected person, and will always remain as such. I am very professional when representing a Community as a Staff member. I am a very dedicated member of Diverge.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): If other Games/Communities count Yes, I was a Head Admin for Rearmed DayZ for over a Year, I also was a Community Manager for Vendetta DayZ helped Create the Server from Scratch, I was a Senior Admin for FiveM CaliRP for over 2 Years, 
Head Admin for FiveM TexasRP.  So ultimately I have a experience as a "Staff Member". (I am Retired from all of these Communities.)

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, 1 Time for Meta Game, but the ban was overturned, and I was unbanned.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *I would say I'm fairly known, and have a good reputation. Anyone that really knows me would speak highly of me. I have always been a active member in the Community even after going to Prison IRL and coming back. I was welcomed back by everyone. I do have people I "beef' with in game, but outside I still believe that'd say I'm a good person.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If a ticket comes in, and a On-Duty staff member fails to take it, I would then take the ticket, as long as I am no way shape or form involved with the Situation. I will even go as far as to get a second opinion from another staff member to ensure no biased actions where taken.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Gather Evidence while actively making aware to Higher staff of the Situation and their conduct on as staff. If nothing is done, I will resort to a UA ticket to ensure no powers are being abused.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: In any situation, Friend, Enemy, Faction Member, or Minge, you should ALWAYS reviews clips, and never have a biased judgement towards ANY member of the Diverge Community. If I feel as if my judgement would be considered Biased I will request a 2nd judgement from a none involved Staff member. Providing them with all clips, and information relevant to the Report.
