Why should you be unbanned? Looking at the clip below during this scenario, it was extremely tense, the situation was very difficult to navigate. I was helping my faction-member deliver a package. Askull (the person who reported me) had driven up while continuing to give callouts, quote, "Silver Tongue/Lucky Lady". He then proceeded to get out of the car, during this I had warned him, he then proceeded to from what my POV chase the person with the package even getting directly behind him during this I warned him again, and after a few seconds of the second warning (5 seconds passed between the first and second warning) my shotgun was aimed at him, I then proceeded to shoot Askull. During this entire scenario I had a gun AIMED at him off-safety. Afte this he made a ticket and provided an EXTREMELY trimmed clip to the staff member around 25% Of the entire scenario. After this I was brought into a sit and the main point that I was made aware of was that he didn't understand me when they likely heard someone else talking to Askull via radio. Considering the only voice you hear is very clearly not Askull (If you know Askull, you know Askull) and that was not Askull saying "What'd you say?".

So, there were a few factors that went into this decision. I will let Mangos tell his side, but on my side here. You had recently received an RDM note from earlier in the day. While, I know you are not one to go about RDMing. I had felt you maybe had gotten a little out of hand because of the event and could use the rest of the event to cool off and I recommended that to Mangos.

The person in question was not part of the people you were shooting- prior on the clip I could not ascertain his motivates, he pulls up in his vehicle, jumps out, as you guys jump over a fence. It is possible he may have been going for the package, it is possible he may be scouting. But it plays out rather quickly in an already heated situation. I will admit, he does pass painfully close and his direction could be suspect.

 

He does, however, appear to be following the command to back off, he backs off towards a common direction- in this case the city hall. He doesn't seem to equip a gun at any point, doesn't match gang colors and the command given is simply to 'BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP", which the person appears to following in your clip, as his direct position is, in front of you and you shoot him when he is at a fair bit distance from you.

The Askulls clip, he almost seems to be jumping away from the package carrier, onto the railing- at the time you gun him down. I thought from your clip, that you still didn't give enough warning, they didn't have enough time to properly register the commands and they were running away. ( Which was their story, saying they weren't going for the package ). The situation plays out too quickly with the binds used. I know the event, can be rather intense and I knew at that moment, his presence wasn't welcome and it's possible they could be attempting 'game' a little bit, but nothing could be proven.

From my perspective this was still RDM, again, I know you're not one to go about doing this usually, but you had a note from prior in the day and I felt, maybe the event was getting the best of you and you needed to take the last few hours of the event off.

In the beginning of my clip I have no chat on  screen until the first time I saw “back up back up” chat logs doesn’t clear up that fast if I were to have seen another warning I even offered to join a support ticket VC during the sit to screen share that I have only received one warning on my end. When I saw the warning my intention was to jump over the railing or use the stairs because I was running low on stamina and got gun down when I went as far left as I could away from the guy with the package as to me it looked like he was trying to move to the right.

4Lights summed up the situation pretty well, we have been told to grant leniency because this is an event and people are likely to get a bit overwhelmed in pressure and make mistakes. However, the conclusion I came to before 4lights came into the sit for another situation, was to give you a note and explain that Askull in this situation did not have enough time to react, when you hopped in support vc with 4Lights I joined and watched as well. Even in your clip it doesn't help, you command him to run when he gets out of the car he runs towards city hall, and so does your group. Not at any point does he pull out his gun, and again because you were warned 2 hours prior for RDM the conclusion we came to was that you had been granted leniency prior and then did it again. 

A run down of the events that unfolded, you hop the fence, Shout a bunch of times, Askull gets out of his car, Askull runs towards city hall you and your guys follow (not chasing him just after he flees towards city hall). As he's making his way towards the ATM he sees one yell in his clip (I'm assuming he maybe saw 1 or 2 at his car), turns around and is shot.

I mean it's like, again I'm unbanned there's not really a point for me to argue no more, but in my clip at like 1:26-1:27 he's clearly driving he sees the shootout related to a package, he calls out the location on his radio. If he didn't want to be involved, he should've kept driving, which he didn't. he got out of his car, and chased the person with the package.

Like 4Lights and Mangos already said it didn't really look like an attempt from him to grab the courier and you were giving orders to 'back up' whilst they walked the same directions not really clear in my opinion, but im not going to repeat anything what they already said.
