I gotta say, I have not been in this server super long- but I have been very active; active enough to have seen plenty of Maggie Finch and the quality of RP this player brings. While generally friendly and decent inside the context of RP interactions, I have seen blatant examples of character-crossing metagame type action. Also, let's be frank- bleeding hearts are not very good at content moderation. Metagaming will go rampant and moderation will be based on fee-fees rather than actual rules that matter. Nobody wants to have their tone, language, and irrelevant bullshit moderated. I can see clear as day that you would participate in these bias activities just based on the small power flexes I've seen you make in Legacy. Just look at the past Player Reports on this individual.

It's sad to say this, because I feel she gets *some* unwarranted flak but then I see some retaliatory or even initial behavior that makes feel much less sympathetic/empathetic.

on one hand they can be a very kindhearted person and very active, however i must agree with the risk of possible bias, good trait as a friend but not as a staff member.

I've personally never had a problem with them, then again I'm quite lowkey on the server. 

From personal interactions I haven't witnessed any emotional outbursts or generally other behaviors that would warrant concern about their composure as a staff. 

I think Unsatisfied's general disdain for immature, teenage shitheads on Diverge is quite warranted. Most of the kiddos on this server do little to nothing for actual RP. Some grown ass adults are even worse.

The point of staff is to keep the server going in the direction set by the community manager (global rules and RP guidelines). I think this person would be capable of using and keeping their position as staff within that scope. 

In regards to potential bias, there's nothing a little good training from Byte, and a little probationary period can't take care of. 

I am seeing a lot of negative feedback here though, the accusations of metagame run deep, and it seems many other community members are very worried about the applicants bias. If your reputation requires remedy, I would begin now.

It isnt an accusation. Transitioned factually metagamed. Staff reviewed it, and accepted the report. It isn't a conspiracy theory. It isn't an accusation. See the above thread of Transitioned being reported and the report being accepted.

Literally no one would miss you. You are useless. Everyone, including the majority of the server hates you and how you conduct yourself as a player and Detective. You are fundamentally wrong with your ideas of how the server operates. This is a Mafia RP, as someone who has played diverge for four years, the thrill of it is the metagame, not the chance of being caught. Getting caught is some of the most meaningless, useless roleplay for most people, and its why most players would rather commit suicide than go to a sit with you. Believe it or not, without you, Pendred would kill himself. The server grease wheel would move on and on with or without you. Again, you are useless. Your characters are all jokes. You are a power hungry freak who abuses countless systems to meet your own fantasies. You weren't even a successful criminal which lead your to power trip in a crim faction. Get a grip. I don't know what plague concoction you drank to make you so deluded and so vulnerable to your own sick fantasies, but enough is enough. This staff app you posted is the biggest copium I have literally ever witnessed. In my whole life. When are you going to realize that your sick and twisted ways of enjoying the suffering of others is morally and frankly psychologically troubling. I know this isn't just a Detective thing either, because their have been countless other Detective's prior to you who have understood that this is a game and it's for fun. Having fun at the expense of others is demented. I can list on all 2 of my digits people who can and/or have been a better Staff member than you. You are a joke. Everyone laughs at you, I dont think you genuinely have any friends. You are not on the moral high ground, and you aren't "maintaing the rules".
