obviously we'd remove the music from the emotes, this mod is just a good format to put animations into and disables weapon use + switching + sitting + you can't sit down while using these emotes + if you want a traversal emote you can traverse

Senator should be able to represent the people's needs and be the mouthpiece to UA of what the playerbase wants, and the senator is a very want-based position that represents the WHOLE city's wants/needs. This means they CANNOT be corrupt, and they should not represent permanently, ever if UA is onboard, then the senator would work very hand-in-hand with the governor and try his best to reach goals stated in the campaign all goals must be UA approved, not all goals have to be achievable though terms of candidacy / senatorship: - (recommended) have really cool poster / posters to represent their candidacy - NO CORRUPTION, NO BIAS, NO PREJUDICE during their active term - Senator has 1 week vacation / off-duty during their term, (can choose what days are used, how many days) allowing them to act like a private citizen, but still may not produce biases or corruption of any kind - 1-2 month terms - 3 month minimum age char requirement - have never joined a currently existing criminal faction on said character - have not been banned or blacklisted from government (not PD, do not say PD you're STUPID, you can be blacklisted from PD I'm very cool that way) - have not recently been PK'd from a criminal faction (recommended) - have to be a UA approved candidate (up to 6 candidates, recommended)

it used to be a misdemeanor, and I swear it was so much more fun, and since the PD has newer, faster cars, I think the risk should be reduced considering the reward of catching criminals has been so significantly reduced as well, especially being that EVERYBODY you catch felony resisting is a minge now

Hello, to all cop mains who might find this retarded, I implore you to look further into this idea. The following aspects of Cop RP would be improved; 1. You would have much less incentive by (legally) armed individuals to pull out weapons and try to shoot you 2. You would have MANY more car chases and much more leverage on the charges you press against other people, allowing you to agree to plea deals more frequently 3. The situation can become a felony if the suspect injures or kills somebody on his path of escape WITHOUT STOPPING, so if you get into a more violent chase then it would be prosecuted more seriously 4. THIS DOES NOT NEGATE EXCESSIVE SPEEDING OR OTHER FELONIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS! THIS WOULD JUST MAKE CHASES WITH IMPORTANT PEOPLE MUCH MORE LIKELY AND MUCH MORE THAN A GUNFIGHT OR CRASHING INTO THE OCEAN AND HIDING UNDERWATER Sidenote: A criminal modifier should be added that does convert this back to felony resisting; if you have drugs or other contraband on you during the chase, it upgrades; if you also were under the influence of any substance, it upgrades; if you rammed into a police car for the chase to begin, it upgrades; THE CHARGE CAN ONLY AGGRAVATE ONCE!! For Criminal characters, this would significantly improve QoL, since if you're doing some basic bullshit traffic violation like going past a red light you're not instantly going to deal with a cop pestering or even ticketing you over some nonsense. As a cop, I personally believe it would also spice the server up pretty awesomely.

For EXTRA CLARIFICATION: the mugging should not even have happened to begin with, and I want to know your counterpoint. There was a witness and witnesses should not be able to see a mugging initiate, which is already pointed out in my video very thoroughly. edit: Don't forget, the 5 second rule isn't proving the time point of necessity in shooting me, it's proving that I was given enough time (five seconds) to realize what was happening! 2 seconds and 30 milliseconds is not enough! And also, double don't forget; If you look at the video (YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO!!!) you'll find that I had my gun out before his first command ever left his mouth, on my screen! This is at the very least proof that I had a gun out before I knew what was going on, and far before I knew it was a mugging, which he is supposed to make clear within those five seconds!!! Telling me to stop moving while he's shuffling around and gunpoint is uncertain (POINTED OUT IN THE VIDEO!!!) where the gun is NOT certain to me leaves it fairly ambiguous as to who's in trouble! ESPECIALLY WITHIN TWO AND A HALF SECONDS IN LITERAL TERMS!!!
