Hello, to all cop mains who might find this retarded, I implore you to look further into this idea. The following aspects of Cop RP would be improved; 1. You would have much less incentive by (legally) armed individuals to pull out weapons and try to shoot you 2. You would have MANY more car chases and much more leverage on the charges you press against other people, allowing you to agree to plea deals more frequently 3. The situation can become a felony if the suspect injures or kills somebody on his path of escape WITHOUT STOPPING, so if you get into a more violent chase then it would be prosecuted more seriously 4. THIS DOES NOT NEGATE EXCESSIVE SPEEDING OR OTHER FELONIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS! THIS WOULD JUST MAKE CHASES WITH IMPORTANT PEOPLE MUCH MORE LIKELY AND MUCH MORE THAN A GUNFIGHT OR CRASHING INTO THE OCEAN AND HIDING UNDERWATER Sidenote: A criminal modifier should be added that does convert this back to felony resisting; if you have drugs or other contraband on you during the chase, it upgrades; if you also were under the influence of any substance, it upgrades; if you rammed into a police car for the chase to begin, it upgrades; THE CHARGE CAN ONLY AGGRAVATE ONCE!! For Criminal characters, this would significantly improve QoL, since if you're doing some basic bullshit traffic violation like going past a red light you're not instantly going to deal with a cop pestering or even ticketing you over some nonsense. As a cop, I personally believe it would also spice the server up pretty awesomely.

For EXTRA CLARIFICATION: the mugging should not even have happened to begin with, and I want to know your counterpoint. There was a witness and witnesses should not be able to see a mugging initiate, which is already pointed out in my video very thoroughly. edit: Don't forget, the 5 second rule isn't proving the time point of necessity in shooting me, it's proving that I was given enough time (five seconds) to realize what was happening! 2 seconds and 30 milliseconds is not enough! And also, double don't forget; If you look at the video (YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO!!!) you'll find that I had my gun out before his first command ever left his mouth, on my screen! This is at the very least proof that I had a gun out before I knew what was going on, and far before I knew it was a mugging, which he is supposed to make clear within those five seconds!!! Telling me to stop moving while he's shuffling around and gunpoint is uncertain (POINTED OUT IN THE VIDEO!!!) where the gun is NOT certain to me leaves it fairly ambiguous as to who's in trouble! ESPECIALLY WITHIN TWO AND A HALF SECONDS IN LITERAL TERMS!!!

Still in under 3 seconds on the second clip you provided, I am being shot at. Which is still not 5 seconds. Which is the minimum, according to the rules on mugging. This is convenient for the mugger. Just because I'm faster than his words, does not make me a valid kill until I'm AWARE of the situation, and I can consciously make a decision on what to do. I had nothing more valuable than my glock at the time of this mugging, and nothing on Jean would lead me to make this kind of move to risk his life. You also did not address the fact of a witness being there, Vecka, who OOCly is z67h. This is convenient for the mugger. You neither did address the fact that on the video, with timestamp proof, I already pulled my gun out before I even heard his first command. This is convenient for the mugger. Nor did you address that I haven't taken my gun off safety yet, I didn't understand what was going on. Which, I was supposed to have 5 seconds to understand, minimum. I did not, and this is convenient for the mugger. It is proven that by my side of things, I am unable to process in time (about 2.5 seconds) what was happening. Here is a screenshot of proof that in the second clip you mentioned, by the mugger who has not shot yet. I am still being shot at in under 3 seconds. This mugging is hereby invalid due to all points argued, and even if you think one of them might not be a valid point (for whatever reason), there are multiple others that bulletproof the appeal. I'm hurt that you say there are a multitude, and I've had more than just one dupe approved; -the carousel (discretionary) -the rodeo bull (discretionary) -little israel's money-pie roulette table -little israel's sky screamer commission (discretionary) at some point I was told that as long as it looked alright and it wouldn't crash the server, lag or look ugly, and staff didn't ask me to remove it, it would be fine, because I had made so many tickets at some point that they just wanted me to stop could you please find some forgiveness for this "last straw situation" in the fact that I only miss the staff approval for this piece to exist? I originally made it for my rockefeller character as something akin to a spinning sign or an interactive billboard because it literally is an engine, and I was really happy about finishing this thing cause it was a nightmare to figure out for the understanding of who views this appeal, this is the dupe I'm talking about Also, I don't know where I was told I couldn't build, but I do know what I wasn't allowed to do; I was specifically told not to put down a double decker parking dupe which took me a little while to make, and I was going to sell it to the guys at Napoli, but UA said no, the next day, stupidly, I talked to the guy at nap and showed him the dupe, and he thought it was awesome, but my flags got taken and I had to appeal; since then I've always respected the wishes of staff when it came to my props you said no moving builds, when you told me to delete the wheelchair; I thought this meant no moving, vehicular builds; when I brought out the engine, I thought it was fine because in terms of mobility, it was stationary and not a threat to your life if you didn't actively fuck with it by using YOUR flags to try and jam it or stepping into the machine and killing yourself on purpose I do not get stubborn, as much effort as I might put into something cool I can always make another dupe that won't make a problem for staff or anybody responsible for where I use my flags all in all, I would have asked if I wasn't so used to being told "this is what you made a ticket for??", so I generally tried to follow the guidelines and make the dupes rp relevant and also practical in their use; if that's what it takes, then I'll always ask discretion (if you didn't read the second posted thing, you won't know why I didn't ask first here)
